The breakfast was fantastic! Having the luggage carriers helped tremendously! The AC was great! So happy there were elevators. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The location of our room was great. Right off the elevator. We did not have to walk far. So happy because my 80-year-old dad was with us.

The parking spaces are small. If one person parks badly the entire row has to adjust, and it is not good. I feel like the rooms could use some more outlets in them. Having two queen beds so close together was not so ideal. There was one lady cleaning up after breakfast that was not so nice with some of the guests. She was inpatient, and it seemed she just wanted them to leave so she could clean up things, as if they were in her way. It was not even 10 yet.

The room was very large and nicely decorated, with a couch and kitchette. The location is in a quiet part of town with easy access to the Greenbelt.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. I sunk down into it. Also the breakfast looked a lot better than it tasted, with the eggs tasting like they were powdered, and the potatoes were from a package. But there were hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and yogurt if you want real food.

Easy to get to, near things we were going to do and visit. There are lots of places to go to eat nearby in walking distance. It was also easy to find coming into to town. The room was quiet, other than we were on the second floor. We were also given an early check in which was great. The room was mostly the right size for the 3 of us.

The room was right near the parking area and the pool facing Parkcenter. I should have asked for a room not facing the street, it would have saved us the noise in the morning from the street and the school or daycare across the street. The bathroom was tiny. Shower and toilet only, sink outside the bathroom. There was barely enough room to stand in the bathroom if you weren't on the toilet or in the shower. The parking stalls are all different sizes, some are so narrow that lots of people double parked. Some were huge. Especially in the lot near our room. The building is kind of a maze too. The room I thought I booked had a balcony, ours did not but it's pictured in the room description.

Staff was polite and helpful. Place was clean and bed comfortable! Conveniently located for food places within walking distance. Breakfast was great as well.

Our bill kept changing because they had upgraded us as we have BonVoy, however then was charging us for the upgrade we didn’t request. Would of loved to ride bikes but the cost was too expensive.

All employees were nice and courteous, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Pool had been closed because of an incident, and upon request to the manager, he personally went to check if the conditions were safe to reopen. His diligence opening the pool and making sure it was safe, allowed my kids and others to have a great time at the pool! We thought we had left an item behind, call the hotel, left a message to the person in charge, and they called the next day(4th of July) to give us a status report.

Great amenities! The room was clean and lacking nothing needed! We will stay here again if ever in Boise. The evening shift manager was amazing!

The breakfast assistant employee was rude and her uniform was not marked so I hollered into the kitchen for someone, then turned around and she was there. I said oh I didn't see you, she said she was standing right behind me. I didn't know she was an employee because no name tag or logoed shirt. The batter was out for the waffle machine, which she should have noticed I kept trying to get some batter out for 5 minutes to no avail! When I said I'm sorry I didn't see you, you have no name tag or anything indicating you're an employee, she just said nothing. Even when I thanked her for filling the batter machine. She was quite rude! Other than that breakfast was awesome!

Could have a door handle placard to say that the room should be cleaned now. Now, if guest is in and out of the room, there's a good chance housekeeping will show up when it is inconvenient and may not check back. Then it's likely housekeeping will be gone for the day and the room will not be cleaned.

Pet friendly, and staff working at checkin in were sweet with my dog (However $50 for one dog for one night was too much $$) Great breakfast and gentlemen working that morning was very nice. (However, the coffee was not good) Two sinks.

Friendliness of the staff VERY accommodating. Lobby, hallways, signage, breakfast excellent!

Bathroom needed door repairs, low old style toilets, but most of all, ceiling over the tub needs to be cleaned. Water condensation eventually v becomes bacteria or mildew. Please clean the ceiling. Do not want to see prior guests bacteria hanging over me while I’m in the shower.

The rooms were a really good size, comfortable couch and beds, plus a little desk and kitchenette. It was a new facility, there was also a gym, laundry, hot spa and pool.

Only small thing was they didn't do housekeeping, so we ran out of shampoo.
