Beautiful hotel for a good price right in the heart of downtown Boise. Although it was downtown, it was quiet inside. Our room was clean and comfortable. We went swimming in the outdoor pool, which was fun. The included breakfast was good and the front desk lady was very helpful when the hot water dispenser was empty in the breakfast area. The staff were all very friendly. I also loved that there were drinking fountains in the hotel with water bottle filling features--something I don't often see in hotels.

We went swimming at about 8 pm and their was a towel cupboard that was empty. The used towel bin was completely full and no one came to restock the towels while we were there. We weren't the only swimmers there at the time either. Luckily, we found a few unused towels folded up on lounge chairs that we could use. An unexpected cost was you had to pay $15 to park in the hotel parking per night and it was not included in the price.

Location couldn’t have been more perfect! This is our 2nd time staying here for NYE. It’s walking distance to everything happening in the city.

Parking is always an issue around this time of year. There’s no parking available at the hotel, all spots are full and street parking is all based on luck and time. If you circle around a few times, you’ll find find one but you must arrive before 5pm or most street parking is taken for the night. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. I had to use the microwave to warm up my eggs and sausages.

Breakfast was very good. Best i have had anywhere with a free breakfast I also liked the different places to sit for breakfast

Bed was soft... however I am one who likes a hard and they don't happen very often! Morning front desk staff was not engaging. I usually like to engage and thank people but not much there with eye contact or verbal.

Great location downtown and walking distance of nearby shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and enjoyable complimentary breakfast.

I didn't like how loud the streets were downtown and how it could be heard throughout the night. I could hear loud motorcycles go by and cars driving by fast. The hotel needs to work on some sort of way to block some of the street noise.

The breakfast was good quality and plentiful. The room itself was large and clean. We had plenty of room to relax and use our things. The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to nearby 8th street and the capitol.

The TV was a tad dated and could have been better. It was slow and not a good interface. The guide didn't work well.

The room was nice, higher floor, nice view and quiet. The breakfast is ok but average and the location is good for access to the main areas of downtown Boise.

Breakfast is only average. I don't have much to complain about really.

Location, room size, 2 Queen beds. Quiet. Plenty of Lobby seating to visit with friends.

Needs trash can by the sink area. We were out in handicap room. The tub may be handy for someone completely paralyzed but for everyone else is hard to get in and out of. A large shower with a seating for those unable to stand would be better.

Centrally located. Minutes from the state capitol. Efficient breakfast (buffet + you dispose of your used plates etc... a bit like @ Ikea restaurant). Parking lot on site.

Reception staff can be welcoming or sheer cold, depending on who is on turn. More genuinly fresh items and less salty / sweet items at breakfast would haven been appreciated

The front desk staff acted as if they were put out that I was even there. I tried to get them to look up my Hyatt number and you would have thought I had asked them to do something horrible. They never did find it. Brutal. No effort.

Hyatt Place Boise was a great place to stay. Having the 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch worked great for my family. Room was clean and comfortable. Location in downtown Boise was surprisingly nice. Very impressed

The only thing we didn't like was the eggs at breakfast had cheese in them. This is a nit-picky item but since the eggs container was full I'd say others had a similar opinion...especially when shredded cheese was available to add separate if you wanted it. So they should just get plain scrambled eggs.
