Decent selection. Make your own waffles are nice touch.

Manager was rude, condescending. When we asked for computer assistance he made us wait over 20 minutes while he joked with the manager and poked around his computer. When I approached for the second time he said "oh, yeah" then said he needed to finish something. In another encounter, I told him that the bathroom wall electric outlet was hanging out of the wall and dangerous. He seemed completely unconcerned and said thanks but did not ask my room number. So I offered the number but he didn't write it down It was not fixed by the 3rd day so I again complained with the same exact reaction and it was not fixed on the 4th day when we checked out. To ignore a serious fire hazard?

The breakfast was good but I didn't care for the sausage. The price for my room with a jacuzzi tub couldn't be beat. Clean and comfortable room, pillows were exceptional

I didn't care for the breakfast sausage, pork would've been much better. Coffee creamer in some kind of dispenser would've been easier and faster instead of having to open multiple tiny servings. 24 hour swimming pool would've been nice.

We were looking for somewhere overnight before we went to a wedding a couple hours drive away. It was a perfect location and really enjoyed our breakfast. We walked to a restaurant for dinner nearby. Free parking for our rental car. Loved the complimentary airport shuttle. Staff was courteous and helpful. Didn't use the fitness center or pool but nice to have.

We had a toddler traveling with us. We noticed we were at the end of the hall which was fine but also noticed kids running above us one floor up, too. We were interested in using their washer/dryer but was informed it was temporarily out of order.

The area was clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The beds were nice. Breakfast was delicious. The extra charging ports were nice, we didn't have to move furniture to find outlets, the bathroom was spacious.

We were double charged for a soda we bought but that didn't phase us because of the great service and cleanliness of the place. We stayed at several hotels through the week and there were some much more expensive ones that weren't worth the money. We were so pleased with your hotel there isn't much I can find that I didn't like.

We debated where to stay for BSU family weekend, and glad we chose Comfort Suites. It is close to everything, and the free breakfast was quite good. It was a great value, and we would definitely consider staying there again.

You have to request maid service daily, in the morning, or they fill up their schedules. I would prefer to have automatic maid service every day.

Everything was very clean, staff was fantastic. Breakfast was a great value and wide variety, everything from eggs, sausage & potatoes to cereal and yogurt.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'm sure it was a nice mattress when new but ours was completely broken down. Neither my husband or I got good rest.

The breakfast was great! We were very comfortable in our room, and enjoyed swimming in the pool. We appreciated having some of our food and entertainment included with the hotel for our family trip, it was an excellent value.

There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, and the toilet paper was very thin/low quality. I also did not receive a code to access the pool and was locked out at first.

stay was great, the boys loved the pool and hot tub it was just what we all needed after a long drive. the breakfast was excellent, honestly one of the bests we have had at a hotel in years! the hotel is near the freeway and the airport but it is soundproof and not a peep got inside while we were sleeping to wake us up.

the only reason it’s not a ten is the staff. they were friendly but when I asked for bedding for the full size couch hid-abed it never came. I could have thrown a fit, however it was plenty warm in the room so my wife and I gave up our blanket for our son.

The room was fantastic! It was clean, roomy, and I loved that there was a bathtub. The lighting was adjustable so that was a double plus. The facilities had everything I wanted including a pool and Whirlpool and even a sauna. There was also workout facility.

The sauna and the Whirlpool for both broken.

Very clean room. The refrigerator in this room actually gets drinks cold!

The bed mattress was pretty much worn out. I could feel the springs along the edge, and it had a low spot in the middle. It made for a rough night's sleep.
