Breakfast was fine. There was a woman staffperson who went out of her way to be helpful. I dropped my wallet/coinpurse without realizing it. It had credit cards, driver's license, etc as well as cash. One of the housekeeping staff found it and gave it to the front desk person( who also was lovely and helpful the three days I was there) I returned several hours later and she gave it to me intact. I am so grateful to them. Being from Colorado and on a fixed schedule to return I was panic stricken because everything I needed was in that little purse!

Perfect located very near to the airport of Boise. Shuttle is shared by hotels in this area, took less than 10 minutes to reach departure hall.

The hotel is very clean, personal is very keen to keep this status. My room was also clean, and I intend to rate it with "10", if there were not 2 hick ups: 1.) in shower cabin there was a long black female hair remaining on the bottom, which was visible, of course, in a white cabin 2.) the toilet had some paper inside, it looked like that someone forgot to flush after cleaning. However, all in all, the washroom was very clean, ant these 2 points are very minor irregularities, which do not disturb, so my raing will be 9.5

The room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast had great choices, including gluten free options! Overall, it was a great experience staying here!

My kids were disappointed because the pool looked filmy and smelled like algae. There also wasn't adequate parking for guests. They did help us locate other parking options that we weren't aware of though. The hotel right next to it is under renovations, so it obstructed some parking.

My favorite hometown airport hotel! I frequently stay here when flying in and out of the local airport. The check-in process is effortless, the accommodations are comfortable and quiet, and the staff consistently provide service that is both professional and friendly. I always feel well taken care of.

Helen the kitchen manager was so kind and generous to my family. We arrived late/early morning the night before and slept through much of the breakfast but Mrs Helen was not going to let us go hungry.

The hotel only had one washer and dryer for guest laundry.

Very clean facilities from when you first walk into the building carrying on throughout, including our room. Comfortable bed with soft sheets and very nice pillows too. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly, professional and efficient. Very tasty breakfast as well!

I thought the Dove hand soap and body lotion were a nice touch. I'd never seen that anywhere. The room was very spacious, staff was nice, there was a restaurant nearby that I walked to for dinner. Everything was clean and high quality like you'd expect from Holiday Inn. I was even able to take advantage of breakfast.

There was no paper and pen available while I was working and there was no juice at breakfast; Small things that aren't a huge deal but noticed.

I asked for our two booked rooms to be valise to one another and they were in the same alcove right next to each other, 107 & 109, perfect.😃👍

The breakfast was excellent: good variety and fairly good coffee. I really liked the location: right off the interstate.

The Holiday Inn Express is becoming overpriced for the value--that is disappointing.

Very clean and well kept hotel. The breakfast was really good and any low stock items were immediately refilled. There was always a staff member around to assist. Also there is a nice sitting area outside We had a great room with a view of the mountains and downtown Boise.

There are two Holiday Inn hotels in adjoining blocks. So its a bit confusing!!
