The 2 bedroom family suite was perfect. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. I actually got a good nights rest. Very nice and clean rooms.

The facilities were nice but I wish the pool was open later so we could have used it and it would be nicer if the tv had other apps to watch on it other than Netflix and YouTube. The cable tv also had a limited selection of channels to watch.

Staff was friendly and amazing! We arrived into Boise early. They were able to do an early check in and have us checked in at noon. Location Location Location!!! Close to Bus stops. Food. Shops. Most importantly 17 min walk to extramile arena. Our purpose was for a concert there. We only did an overnight stay so we didn't have time to try out the pool or anything. Our room literally had everything! Full fridge microwave coffee maker sink mini dishwasher 2 burner stove top dishes and cookware dinning table for 4 closet space. Definitely great for a longer stay! We only spent one night so we didn't need much but really liked the convenience and feel of home. Beds were comfy. We slept straight through the night.

At check in the young lady at the desk told us they had sold out of the room I had booked. She immediately followed with the explanation of an upgrade to a slightly larger room. Turns out they put us in a suite! No extra charge for anything. Staff was super nice and everything was very clean!

Property is located close to attractions. It was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Ample amount of parking. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was attentive, accommodating and friendly.

Pool water was freezing, and sometimes the keys didn’t work when trying to enter the building or our room. It took multiple tries

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Hot tub was broken which was one of the reasons we booked a multi day stay there. There should be some way of warning people that not all listed amenities are available.

The gentleman at the front desk on Thursday afternoon May 5, 2022 was wonderful. My daughter who actually was using the room was arriving late Friday evening. He took her name and understood my wishes for her smooth late arrival. My information and credit card info were on the reservation along with her name in case there were any issues or questions.

Late Friday evening May 6, 2022 when my daughter and her family arrived the woman at the desk couldn’t find her name etc. There is some inefficiency and lack of communication going on!

We were there for the 4th of July and the manager was very accommodating and went out of her way to find us a wheelchair so my husband could be more comfortable for the fireworks!

Nothing - all was wonderful!

Breakfast was delicious! We had a very minor issue happen in our room and was taken care of promptly by the staff!

Our fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but the freezer was cold and the staff was quick to get it fixed!

Breakfast quality was excellent and the location was fine. Staff monitored the area well during our use and food was well-stocked.

The rooms bathroom was quite small compared to the room size.

the location is great to get to downtown. The one bedroom is perfect for traveling families with kids.

the pool is very underwhelming. very small & the hot tub was disgusting & out of order.
