Front desk staff was outstanding. Had great suggestions for restaurants. Super friendly. You WANTED to chit chat with them. Breakfasts at the hotel were great and the dining area, including the background music, were very classy. Room and its bathroom were clean and comfortable. Hotel was a short walk to the Plaza on 8th St. where most of the restaurants were. Best restaurant, though, was the sushi place right around the corner from the hotel.

Jets weren't working in the hotel hot tub. Real bummer. Also, stayed there during move in week for Boise State and didn't know a special rate was available for parents of students.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It was up-to-date and felt homey, which I always appreciate. Loved the water near the entrance, plus the coffee all day. Very accommodating and courteous staff. Would highly recommend this hotel for vacation, work, or romantic get away.

Didn't love the omelets, nor the potatoes. The potatoes were oddly not cooked enough and yet somehow mushy. Tasted boiled. Didn't care for the herbs on them. The omelets were spongy, not creamy like an egg would tend to be. I missed having fruit and yogurt, but perhaps we came to breakfast too late for that. Otherwise, everything was great. Coffee tasted good.

The location of this property is hard to beat. Right in the middle of downtown with plenty of cool shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any special needs our group had.

It was a bit pricey for the two nights we stayed, but honestly if you want a nice, clean, comfortable stay with breakfast included it was worth it.

Clean rooms and hotel. Great indoor pool with spots for all ages, even the babies 👶 simple and easy parking. Excellent location to many attractions and activities. Very spacious rooms with great layouts with smart additions on tables and lamps to have extra outlets so even my 6 person group had zero issues charging everyone's various devices whenever needed. Lots of convenience items in the room as well such as toiletries, extra bedding and pillows, paper towels and trash bags in the "kitchenette". Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

TV could have better options than just basic cable, this is literally the only issue we had, which is obviously more of a preference than an issue :)

The location, in the heart of downtown Boise, cannot be beat. The pool has an excellent area for little ones like ours who are not confident swimmers yet (6 inches to 1 foot with a water feature). The room (King Suite) was perfect for our family of 4 (kids are 3 & 5). Breakfast was a good variety.

The pillows left something to be desired. At one point, the toilet was leaking (just a piece inside the tank that had gotten stuck and was shooting water out by the flusher), the tile in the bathroom seemed a little loose?

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff.The location was awesome. We were able to hit a movie Friday night steps away from hotel then the Capital City Market Saturday morning before walking to stadium for our concert.

The parking garage is a pretty tight fit when busy. The pool hours could be better. Alot of places are 24hrs like the fitness center. Would have been nice to soak after a 5hr concert but it was already closed afterwards. It was closed the next morning too for some reason.

Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed freshly cooked rice, hot miso soup, and greek yogurt in addition to the standard breakfast fare at Hampton Inn. Hot coffee, water, and cookies are available all day in the lobby. Good water pressure, great AC system (won’t wake you up by turning on and off at night), and good pool/hot tub facilities. Location is fantastic and close to everything downtown and around 15 minutes to/from the airport. Staff were so nice!!

The suite was the perfect size for 6 people getting "away" for the night and being a tourist in our own town. The hotel was super clean, the pool was an absolute joy to sit at and relax especially with the palm tree. The breakfast was probably one of the best hotel complementary breakfasts I have ever had and the seating for it was top notch. The staff was super friendly and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely rent another room without question!

I don't really have anything negative to say about my overnight stay. Everything exceeded my expectations for the night and my family and I really enjoyed our visit!

Location. Close to the college

They charge $15/day for parking but also charge you for parking the day you are checking out. So if only staying one day you get charged twice.

Excellent breakfast, very clean, helpful staff, and a great downtown location.

Parking was full and hard to park. They charge extra for parking too which I had not been aware of. It was a flat 17$ rate, so not terrible but I wasn't expecting that.
