Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choices, and many fairly healthy options. Room was clean, comfortable, a little generic. Location is great for downtown activities like music, drinks, food.

Needing to pay extra for parking surprised me. Parking is pretty tight and difficult to maneuver in, and a little confusing (it's a small structure in an attached building) but once I figured it all out, it was fine. Kind of pricy -- $250 for a single room, and $20 extra for parking. No microwave in room.

The Location to the zoo downtown and bunch of Restaurant's. Eric at the front Desk was beyond stellar we had an issue with our Credit Card being charged the whole amount.He went out of his way to get it reversed so We could Split the Payment up on 2 Cards. He worked on it for 2 days and got it resolved for Us !!!!!!

Nothing Wrong at All !! Would recommend this Hotel to Anyone staying In Boise. The breakfast was Ok the food wasnt very Hot !!!!!

I didn’t have a microwave in my room. Then I had to go downstairs to warm my baby’s bottle. It was a big inconvenience but I failed to ask the staff for a microwaves b/c who has to ask for a microwave? I think that everything else was almost perfect.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Had great suggestions for restaurants. Super friendly. You WANTED to chit chat with them. Breakfasts at the hotel were great and the dining area, including the background music, were very classy. Room and its bathroom were clean and comfortable. Hotel was a short walk to the Plaza on 8th St. where most of the restaurants were. Best restaurant, though, was the sushi place right around the corner from the hotel.

Jets weren't working in the hotel hot tub. Real bummer. Also, stayed there during move in week for Boise State and didn't know a special rate was available for parents of students.

We loved the location, being able to walk downtown to enjoy the restaurants and shops without having to drive. Also having the parking garage right next to the hotel with an elevator that took us directly to our floor was so convenient.

The pool area could have been better if it had a lap pool and/or a hot tub.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It was up-to-date and felt homey, which I always appreciate. Loved the water near the entrance, plus the coffee all day. Very accommodating and courteous staff. Would highly recommend this hotel for vacation, work, or romantic get away.

Didn't love the omelets, nor the potatoes. The potatoes were oddly not cooked enough and yet somehow mushy. Tasted boiled. Didn't care for the herbs on them. The omelets were spongy, not creamy like an egg would tend to be. I missed having fruit and yogurt, but perhaps we came to breakfast too late for that. Otherwise, everything was great. Coffee tasted good.

The location of this property is hard to beat. Right in the middle of downtown with plenty of cool shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any special needs our group had.

It was a bit pricey for the two nights we stayed, but honestly if you want a nice, clean, comfortable stay with breakfast included it was worth it.

Clean rooms and hotel. Great indoor pool with spots for all ages, even the babies 👶 simple and easy parking. Excellent location to many attractions and activities. Very spacious rooms with great layouts with smart additions on tables and lamps to have extra outlets so even my 6 person group had zero issues charging everyone's various devices whenever needed. Lots of convenience items in the room as well such as toiletries, extra bedding and pillows, paper towels and trash bags in the "kitchenette". Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

TV could have better options than just basic cable, this is literally the only issue we had, which is obviously more of a preference than an issue :)

The location, in the heart of downtown Boise, cannot be beat. The pool has an excellent area for little ones like ours who are not confident swimmers yet (6 inches to 1 foot with a water feature). The room (King Suite) was perfect for our family of 4 (kids are 3 & 5). Breakfast was a good variety.

The pillows left something to be desired. At one point, the toilet was leaking (just a piece inside the tank that had gotten stuck and was shooting water out by the flusher), the tile in the bathroom seemed a little loose?
