The room was large and clean. It was quite new. There was only 2 of us and we didn’t really need such a big room and it was adapted for those with mobility issues which we didn’t need. The lobby area was very nice and it was great to be able to park and enter the hotel on our floor once we collected our key card. The location was very good and we enjoyed a meal at a restaurant located very close to the hotel in the evening and in the morning we had a nice walk to the state building and to the Freak Alley Gallery.

I didn’t like the shower curtain, the exposed underside to the sink and the curtain instead of doors on the wardrobe. Also I didn’t feel the bed linen was of a very quality and the bed looked a bit creased.

Blackout shades and AC easy to operate. This location is transformative for sleep. I got a solid 6 hours! I may make changes at home to replicate this experience. The parking garage is very nice and easy to use. 1 block of walking puts you right into downtown Boise. I can see Chipotle and Trader Joe from my window. We have stayed in a few other Boise locations but we prefer this facility. We have family here. It just works. Good sleep next to all the downtown fun!

Great location. The room was spacious and appropriately equipped. It was clean and comfortable! Service was remarkable…although we were out most of the time and got to interact with only one of their staff, Anthon, at the front desk, he made such a good impression that it didn’t matter if he was the only one we met! He was so welcoming, attentive, and the perfect face for the hotel! Upon check-out, he even sent us away with bottles of water and some peanut bars! So kind! Thank you, Anthon!

From the moment we stepped in and was greeted by Kobe at the front desk, it's all been great. The location for us, was perfect. Walking distance to the Melting Pot, Food Warehouse, Trader Joe's, Mod Pizza, Panda Express and P.F. Chang Never felt like we were in a bad part of town. Downtown Boise is fantastic. We were on the 6th floor in a spacious corner room. The parking garage is connected to the hotel, so our car was literally steps away from our room. I want to add that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff signed a card for us and gave a goodie bag. It's those small extra things that raise our opinion of the hotel and it one of our top 3 favorites.

This hotel gets it right! Spacious room on the top floor - allowed for parking on top level of parking garage so we could walk right in. Great location in downtown Boise near excellent restaurants in Basque quarter. Professional, welcoming staff, easy check-in. Included breakfast was very good and already available at 6:30 on Sunday morning - great for getting an early start on the day. Clean, fresh, comfortable and bright - excellent choice if you want to experience downtown Boise for a wedding or graduation.

I really enjoy this location it's super close to everything ! The rooms are super big and I love the Lil kitchen area they have with a huge fridge. This is my 2nd time booking this hotel and it's always a great time!

One of the beds reeked of urine. We couldn't get ahold of the front desk since it was late and we just ended up using the pull out couch.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities. For the breakfast, there was a lot of good options and the food was delicious as far as hotel food goes. The facilities was extremely clean and well maintained.

The pool had an excessive amount of chlorine in it, my eyes were burning from just sitting around the pool. The parking garage was very tight, it was stressful having to drive inside the garage.

Home2 Suites by Hilton was the perfect location. The onsite parking, although chargeable was a bonus. Its proximity to the downtown area only one block away for lots of great bars and restaurants and the area felt very safe. We arrived quite early after a long drive and my husband was feeling slightly unwell, so Madi on reception gave us some water and as soon as a room was available she checked us in. The rooms are so big and clean and comfortable and although well equipped we didn't use the kitchette facilities but we did take advantage of the complimentary laundry. Great breakfast too with a choice of hot or cold and the breakfast area was well supplied and very clean. Overall the best stay of our trip

It was close to the courthouse, where I needed to be for work, but also so very comfortable. The breakfast was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

Maybe the one thing is that it didn’t have a restaurant or bar but there are plenty of places within walking distance so wasn’t an issue.
