Remodel/construction in-progress with associated messiness; nevertheless, my room was very clean and comfortable. It had a good shower. Minor detail, but it was nice to have a dark washcloth labeled "makeup." Staff was very friendly and helpful, two shifts that I met. Kudos for keeping the place operating under less than ideal circumstances. I needed a good night's rest for me and my support dog. Mission accomplished.

I like a coffee pot in my room, but it's not a major point. There is plenty of coffee available in the breakfast room, but it requires a bit of a walk.

The room was newly renovated so was very clean and comfortable and spacious! Love a free breakfast and an outdoor pool as well! This was exactly what we needed for our one night stopover in Boise on our roadtrip.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling so checking in and getting to our room was a bit funny but no problem— everyone was very nice! I think because of remodeling the breakfast was also smaller, the waffle machine was not available and they only had one toaster and not enough seats for everyone. Would still book again though!

We were surprised at how well the walls keep out the sounds. All the staff was awesome and friendly! The grounds were attractive. The parking area has a great deal of spaces. We didn't get to get in the pool, we were too busy. Yes, we would stay again! The breakfast was all right. The outside of the building is almost done being remodeled and it looks great!

Not enough towels and wash clothes. I miss the days when the maids straightened the beds, gave fresh towels and took out the garbage while we were out and about. Guess you have to put a sign out? We stayed three nights. The door has a slight slim open space from the wall. The ironing board pad didn't stay in place while ironing. The bathtub had a slow drain. I think the bathroom should be more modernized. A taller toilet would be great.

Value was good. Excellent breakfast! Good service (we arrived a lot earlier than we thought and they let us check in early at no charge. Most hotels will let you check in a Cpl hrs early at no fee but we were there sometime between 10 and 11 am, so that was definitely a welcoming pleasant surprise!

Other than somewhat small rooms, no complaints about this property. I’ve stayed ALL over Boise/eagle/meridian at probably at least 20 different properties. From other budget hotels (motel 6, quality inn, extended stay) mid range (comfort inn, la Quinta, best western) to the Hilton and Marriott locations. For the price, this is the best property!

Room was quiet for being next to the airport and muffled the neighbors in other rooms. Soft beds, clean linens. The windows actually opened up, which was great. Tiled floors. Step in shower with sliding doors.

Stayed during renovation, would like to visit again after the renovation is completed. People sitting in the pool area smoking, which was right outside our window and a/c. Towels were very rough.

The main reason we stayed here is the location, close to the airport as we had an early morning flight out the next day. We also really liked the transportation to the airport on the morning of our flight. They were even early picking us up arriving at 5:15am as we requested a ride at 5:30am.

The only bummer, which wasn't the hotels fault, is we didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast because we had to leave so early. Oh and the lady checking us in that evening must have had a bad day because she was very curt with her conversation and not very friendly.

Very quiet, despite being next to the airport. Hard surface floors in the room (instead of old dirty smelly carpet)!

They charged me a pet fee despite having already paid the fee through Booking.com. Front desk clerk was apologetic but explained that they always charge the pet fee and that booking.com should not have, even after I showed her my receipt from booking.com. I don’t blame the desk clerk (she’s just doing her job), but the lack of clarity and having to pay the fee twice is something that should be worked out between Inn America and Booking.com

Our room was basic but clean. Beds were ok. TV works and we could access NetFlix. The place seemed like the staff work hard to keep the place clean. Breakfast was pretty nice with a wide selection of hotel breakfast fare—better than you would expect for the money. The whole experience was quite good for the money, and I’d stay there again.

The bath arrangement in the separate room only works if you are alone or your partner is rising at the same time. This isn’t something the excellent staff can fix, so just be aware. A couple of issues: There was a crack in the tub indicating an attempt to patch, which was also cracking. The entire tub unit needs to be replaced. Shower head hadnt been cleaned or descaled in awhile it appeared. There weren’t enough breakfast tables on Saturday morning—it was chaos, but the breakfast lady was a champ and did a fantastic job of serving us all.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a working A/C and curtains that blocked out 90%+ of light from outside. The staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and efficient.

The beds are a little soft. I'm guessing the mattresses are on the older side. We had an issue with noise from the guests above our room, but this was addressed immediately after I made staff aware of it.

Breakfast was great with a good selection of items. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When the TV didn't work right, they came to the room and went through the menu items to ensure it was working properly. Night attendant was cheerful, which was nice in that after a long day of driving I tend to be grumpy. She greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude which change my outlook for the evening.
