The closeness of the facility to the Idaho Center! Very comfortable room!

It was probably a mistake on my part when I booked the room, but I was surprised that it did not have a bathtub. Otherwise, it was a great stay! my significant other and I had forgotten to grab some stuff out of the closet and only realized a couple days later that the items had been left. I did contact the facility and they were very gracious and had them in lost and found, and I picked them up on Thursday.

The location was amazing- I was there for a concert at the Ford Idaho Center and it was walking distance. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable. We did not have the continental breakfast. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a comfortable chair for relaxing in. The bathroom was spacious, clean and new.

There was nothing that we did not like. There was nothing to dislike. There was nothing to dislike.

Clean, great service, nice rooms, great location. Friendly staff, very helpful. We were checked on almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was hard and the pillows were too soft. Everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again, I would just ask for a softer bed and firmer pillows.

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every regard. Well located, comfortable and well appointed. BONUS!! Whereas a lot of hotels are not providing maid service (due to a number of excuses), this hotel still provides that service

Breakfast! Pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking. Bed was very comfortable.

Barn doors to the bathroom. Personal preference and okay unless you have a 3 year old staying with you.

The location next to the Ford center is excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast facilities too.

We would have liked a microwave or a room with a kitchenette.

I had a very inconsiderate and noisy neighbor. I talked to the manager and he immediately addressed the issue…problem solved!!

Breakfast was really good southwest omlettes and red potatoes, waffles in vanilla and blueberry flavors with good selection of toppings. Although upon check-in I found a stain on a pillow the front desk staff was understanding and provided us with new linens. Bed was very comfortable and little neighbor noise. Close to a Walmart.

Stain/make up? on pillow I always check bedding due to allergies and immune system issues. Everything else was very clean including common areas

The location was convenient to the freeway. The hotel was clean and staff was efficient.

I was not happy with the barn door on the bathroom. It was loud and didn't lock. I thought it was a poor design feature. The room was not well insulated. I heard the upstairs guests very clearly.

Clean, location, walk-in shower, good breakfast, very quiet.

Could have used another person at the front desk. Checking was a little backed up.
