Conveniently located.

No real complaints about the property… but we tried to bring up the news concerning the fires on the TV. Had trouble, or there just wasn’t any local news channels available. It was frustrating is all.

Love that the restaurant and lounge are open next door....very convenient and very good food and service.

After the upgrade to the rooms....people staying in rooms above are very noisy and make a lot of noise just from people walking across the floor. Appears no sound proofing at all. Heater sounded like maybe a bearing going out....squealed when it was running.

Location off the freeway, spacious room, clean, friendly staff. The room had several mirrors which are a big help to get ready in the morning. There were ample electrical outlets - helpful for charging all our devices. I liked that the sink is outside the bathroom - again helpful when both of us were getting ready for the day. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in generous sizes.

The pool and hot tub were uninviting.

The management was understanding and welcomed us like if they knew us. The bar/ restaurant was great. Great drinks and food. Also they had a shuttle if we needed a ride.

Well, there was a stain on the bed. The manager was well understanding and got it taken care of but the head cleaner made it seem it was nothing. I thought it was a little more, especially with blood stain on the bed. The manager took care of it and got the house keeper on board to take care of it.

No breakfast provided, but the facility was decent and worked well for our needs - the kitchenette was great.

We did not get maid service while there

It was clean and well kept but it could have used some updating. The restaurant next door, Bob’s, Wes very good. I was a little put out that there w as no breakfast in the morning.

It was closer to the freeway but we were not bothered by too much street noise.

staff was great. rooms were nice.

pool ceiling was questionable. I worry about the condition. spiders were coming out of the ceiling. some tiles were missing. some were rusty.

the location is great, Bob’s restaurant is very convenient & great food. the property is clean & well taken care of.

Everything was excellent clean plenty of coffee hot tub that my sis enjoyed next to a restaurant

Had to request room service... I understand why because of covid concerns, tv was a fuzzy picture, shower could use an upgrade.
