Very clean and comfortable. Our room had a queen bed and a pull out couch each facing a TV which was great for our kids. Loved the spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was fresh and with lots of options.

We are local and went there for a staycation and we had our 5 children with us (8yo and younger). They really wanted a hotel with a pool and we were very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. I felt like I got stolen from because this one of the main reasons we went there. We saved up to give our kids this family treat. It was very frustrating and it felt like we wasted our money since we couldn't enjoy all the amenities.

The breakfast was really good, & the breakfast & cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel itself was clean & didn’t smell musty or anything.

None of the front desk people were very friendly. We fell asleep w the TV on low volume & got woken up by a rude desk attendant calling our room & telling us to turn it off at 11:30pm. It was on low, If the tv can be heard through the wall on low volume then get thicker walls for crying out loud. Check in was also fine, just not a very friendly employee that seemed to size me up & then saw that I had already paid online and finished filling out all of my information prior-& immediately treated me differently.

It always amazes me when there is a thermos that specifically says, "hot water" on it and the hot water tastes like coffee. Not great if you are drinking tea.

Couldn’t believe what was charged for snacks! I thought they were complementary because prices weren’t anywhere on the display. Had to wait to ask because front desk wasn’t manned then was shocked at ridiculous pricing.

absolutely everything, like the location was amazing, next to basically every place i wanted to go, the hotel rooms looked amazing as well, the bathrooms were 5 stars, it was very clean too. staff was very nice.

it’s out of your control, so don’t worry, but the view looking out the window, but it’s very hard to impossible to ge that in a metropolitan area

The shower looked really nice but the spray was not good and using the adjustments they were all bad. I have a bad back and the bed hurt my back so much I wasn’t able to get comfortable and only got a few hours of sleep.

The facility was very nice. Room was very comfortable and spacious. No negatives at all except the price.

During the state baseball championship, prices more than doubled.

Excellent facility. The staff were more than helpful and so very pleasant. This is where we will stay when we are in Boise.

Need better pillows. Couldn't get comfortable during the night. Pillows need to be firmer.

Roomy. Comfortable. Easy access to freeway on our stop here. Great breakfast included. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
