we loved our stay here. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and it was wonderful having a full size fridge, coffee maker, stove top, etc. The pool was older but nice and we enjoyed it. The first night the hot tub was lukewarm and we asked the front desk about it. They had it fixed by the next day! The staff was amazing. Breakfast had many good options with eggs, potatoes, breakfast burritos and much more. At one point another guest got sick in the lobby and the staff was so helpful and gracious with the family and helped them. Our suite came with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a great surprise! The billiard room was fun as well. This hotel is close to pretty much everything in Boise.

The only negative was that one elevator is out of service. We never had to wait long and it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Lovely large comfortable rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was warm and welcoming.

I was quite surprised to be charged a $75 pet fee for a one- night stay with our dog. We travel with him often and this is the highest fee we've seen charged. I won't be going back with him as the rate for a pet is effectively higher than it was per person for my husband and I!

Nice big rooms, good area to walk dogs, close to great shopping and entertainment. Loads of parking. Comfy beds and quiet.

We had a two bedroom suite and the thermostats in each room were crazy. You’d set it on 80 and it would blow cold air. No toaster. Full kitchen but no toaster! Crazy assortment of kitchen gadgets and beat-up pots, like something that fell out someone’s RV.

We did have a clogged tub on arrival and found out while trying to shower. Two young men that was working when we checked in instantly came in and got it unclogged for us. They were friendly and nice and extremely fast and helpful. Thank you to those young men who save the day. I really didn’t want to have to pack up to trade rooms.

The room was nice but a suite wasn’t necessary for a one night stay.

Breakfast didn’t offer much of a selection. Some eggs and protein would be a nice addition. It would’ve been nice to have some dish soap to wash dishes.

The room was very nice and family friendly. The price was reasonable.

Checked into the room with no Kleenex and toilet papers, took the staff a long time to bring some to the room. The floor of the pool looks dirty, so I didn’t get to use that.

Ice maker on 2nd floor broken I was sure I booked a room with a king bed and queen bed, but it was a queen bed and a queen pullout couch

David manning the front desk (and seemingly many other jobs) was beyond professional, courteous, and accommodating. The breakfast was not superior but decent. The facilities were outstanding.

The room was great. Loves the size and all it had to offer.

I specifically booked this hotel for the in door pool and hot tub. It was for a short getaway for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service and was very disappointing.

Easy to find. The room was very clean and roomy. What a pleasant surprise from the other places we have stayed in the last six months. from the time we walked in the door, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and helpful.
