The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and my room was clean. They had a hot breakfast buffet and not continental breakfast. It's a charge for breakfast it's not free. It does have a little bar that's by the restaurant. There are plenty of lounge areas if you want to hang out and get out of the room for a while.

I didn't like the fact that it didn't have a microwave or fridge in the room. Just be mindful of that when choosing this hotel for the money you are paying. Overall, it was a very nice and clean hotel. There isn't a lot of parking on property as well. You can park on the side of the street or across the street in the parking garage for free. Just ask for a garage decal for the vehicle to display in the windshield, or you will get towed.

People where already seated in the dining area by the time I came down the elevator. I was told Breakfast was served when you order so I skipped it but I'm sure it was good. Also I left early so if I had more time I could has ordered Breakfast. I liked the room, very comfortable and nice, but my room did not have the mini fridge and microwave that the other hotels along the way had in their rooms. I'm sure that if I'd asked in the beginning I wouldn't have brought my own milk and yogurt and a few other cold items. Overall I would give it 5 stars out of 5 due to location.

Every staff member I came across was friendly and helpful. They were not only nice to me but also so nice to my dog as well. The value for the room was great too! I'd seen other reviews regarding mold so I checked my room immediately. No mold.

The pool is closed for the winter which I didn't see noted so that was disappointing. The rooms have their signs of wear (chips on the corners of the walls, carpet is older) but I feel the room was clean and the price reflected the age. The area isn't the greatest which i guess can be expected of any downtown area it seems these days. Also to note, not all rooms have a refrigerator or microwave. The description for my room did not say it did so I should have seen that but took it for granted. That's a mistake on my part but wanted to point it out for others in case it's needed. They do have a microwave in the lobby that I used instead.

The convenience of the hotel being attached to the convention center was amazing. Everything was clean. The staff were friendly. Staff provided extra towels, no questions asked. We were in town for dance competitions, so we had lots of makeup changes/showers/ and the need for extra wash clothes and towels.

The breakfast was a little on the higher side so we chose not to eat at the hotel. No fridge or microwave in the room made having snacks and drinks on hand difficult. Our shower didn't drain well. We'd end up standing in a foot of water before we finished.

The staff was great, and helpful, attentive to our needs. The price was great. The hotel restaurant was really good and affordable for our family of 5. They had snacks and drinks to purchase in the lobby. The beds were very comfortable. The inside pool was big and spacious. The showers were good and hot. Room was clean.

We didn’t have a microwave or fridge. The hotel as a whole was very humid and warm as we went in July, but our room was great once we got in and turned the air conditioning on.

I was surprised there was not a mini fridge or microwave in the King Suite! Also $2 coffee pods…. Really… Also no one said the pool was not in use which is why I picked to stay here! I expect breakfast and a pool anywhere I stay and booking online said we would have access to both.. very disappointing. Lastly the water pressure was little to none!! Big shower to have to stand so close to the faucet it keeps touching my back and was freezing!!!

Beds were very comfortable! Took our two dogs and the front desk gave us treat bags for them! Water pressure was good.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent with a good menu. We ate breakfast there three mornings. The waitresses were very nice. Teresa, the waitress, helped my wife with her special requests. The front desk personnel were very friendly and informative. Katrina was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The location is excellent. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions for those in good health (6 to 20 minutes). Ample parking on-site and across the street in the overflow garage.

The room was fabulous. The hotel was very nice. Christmas decorations was stunning. Breakfast was over the top and the staff who helped was so nice and friendly. Sometimes they don't give you the time of day when its buffet, but they were exceptional for sure. I wish I remember her name but she was top notch!!

Can't complain about anything really. Maybe, one of the elevators was not working, but that can't always be helped. So I won't complain about it, just mention it.
