Everyone was so very nice. The place was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and the room smelled fresh and not perfumey or musty when we walked in. The room was large enough to move around, and when our dad came and visited, the sofa was handy so we all had somewhere to sit. Even the elevators and luggage carts were clean and when we showed up to the hotel, they were vacuuming the outdoor entryway.

The parking was strange as it was not necessarily right at the hotel, but it worked. There was no continental breakfast. The bathroom was a little tight. The pool was a little cold in the evening, but I'm sure it was like that so in the heat of the day it would be refreshing. Price is a little high.

Proximity to Downtown Mesa, Front Desk Staff (Days, Valeria and Everett) were excellent. LobbyBar staff were also excellent, especially Andy. Nice selections at Lobby Store, nice bedding, towels and pillows. Very nice pool and spa area. Please note-I am interested in purchasing a king pillow like those at the hotel.

Bathroom lighting is too dim for shaving or make up. Bathroom needs a magnifying make up mirror, and better lighting. And elevated toilets. Cable or Satellite tv system is lame, needs upgrade. Hallway on 6th floor smells musty and odd. One last thing-Sat, 9/21 at about 3:30, two 12-13 yr old kids were running up and down the hallway, banging on the doors. Sixth floor, and hiding in ice machine alcove. Maybe check your tapes.

The staff had our room ready when we arrived a few hours before check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. They were really accommodating, and the room was perfect for our needs.

There wasn’t much to explore around the area, and the options for things to do were a bit limited unless you were attending a specific event like we were. It would have been nice to have more local attractions nearby to make the stay even more dynamic.

I liked that it was next door to my event. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly hostess

My reservation wasn't right. Reserved a single king, they tried to put me in a double queen. After complaining, I got a single king, with a worn out bed. Left side of the bed sloped down. Too close to the left side and you felt like you were going to fall out of the bed.

I didn't have the breakfast - the location was lovely - my husband and I used to stay here all the time when we were in Mesa and we always loved it! Also, your front desk staff was wonderful!!!

I almost froze to death in my room! I couldn't get the temperature above 72 and there were no extra blankets . . . Room service also took over two hours - there were extenuating circumstances which were explained to me upon delivery and my meal was comped, so I was satisfied.

We had breakfast at the hotel one morning. It was good!

The Starbuck’s downstairs could have had a friendlier female staff member. She wasn’t very engaging and was somewhat terse.

Front Desk staff Kenya, Valeria, and Patrick were most helpful in many ways during check-in, for securing needed ground transportation, and other general questions of mine as a first-time guest there.

Azul Cafe restaurant was closed for some renovations.

Room was ready early and I was informed via test. The room was very clean and the property well maintained. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and the towels were soft.

Everything was good.

The breakfast was UNREAL ! The buffet ) Eveline was Amazing !!! Do not think if going anywhere else for breakfast !!! This was hand down 10 Star service !

Breakfast menu was great! Buffet was good, though if you arrived late, the eggs were a bit rubbery.

Variety was limited. After staying several days, we’d exhausted the choices on the menu.
