Great location right off the interstate. The room was larger than expected and overall comfortable. It was very quiet. The staff procured some eating utensils for us as it was after dark and we decided to eat in. The pools looked nice but it was too late for me to use them. The breakfast area is very nice with lounge chairs and comfortable table seating. The free breakfast is a very nice perk.

The lighting in the rooms would be much better if the cold white bulbs were switched out for warmer color lights. Also the marble like shelf which holds the coffee area, sticks out dangerously into the small walkway around the bed. I had to put a light there to make sure that I didn’t hit the corner during the night. Beware if you have to watch your salt intake- the scrambled eggs were way too salty!

The breakfast was outstanding with lots of options. The room in which it was served was located near the lobby and was very inviting. The employee who had charge of the area made sure the items were well stocked and that the room was kept clean. Our room was very large, extremely clean, and comfortable.

I am not a fan of fluffy comforters. (This "complaint" is not against this hotel, but against the trend of these bed coverings being used.) They are just too heavy and hot. However, it was too cold to remove the comforter entirely. There needs to be a light blanket in the room that could be used instead of the comforter.

We loved the room, pool and hot tub, everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly when I checked in. The room was very large, perfect for our family of five.

I wish the breakfast had been "better". My family enjoyed it but there were a lot of things I don't eat, so I wish we'd had a little more options. And if they put in a second waffle station that would be great. I ended up not eating becuase the line for it was so long and we had a long drive ahead of us.

We loved EVERYTHING!!!! The pool area, & the hot tub are spacious and the built in showers are a wonderful touch. The room we chose was a king suite, the fireplace was amazing, the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing. The whole room felt great. The atmosphere was wonderful, in the room, in the hotel, with the staff, & in the breakfast room, even with the other guests. Everything was truly great, and the breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day for the kiddos & I.

The location is perfectly placed for anyone wanting to visit Abingdon. The room was clean and incredibly spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub, it was truly a treat to have something like that in the room. I do note that the jets probably needed to be fixed a bit as only 2 of them worked. However one thing did stand out above all the rest, or rather, one person. Jamie the manager - She is quite personable and a true pleasure to speak with. We chose to cut our stay short because the pool/hot-tub were not available and she helped us with an early check out while I feel a lot of places would have just told us to suck it up. You can tell that this gal really cares about her customers. We will definitely be back... (When the pool and hot tub are open! Hehe) Thanks again! Muchly appreciated.

As I had mentioned, the pool was not available. Which was in all honesty why I had selected this establishment in the first place. Beyond that, I have nothing bad to say.

Our room was large with a sofa, fridge, microwave and other seating. The king bed was vey comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and there was plenty of space for people to sit. The breakfast selection was the usual fare with scrambled eggs, sausage patty, biscuit, cereals, bread, bagels & muffins. Coffee was available all day in the entrance area as well as in room coffee maker. Several restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Only one lift which was a little slow.

Nice place to stay for a short trip to this quaint little town. The rooms are very spacious. the location is convient to the interstate, downtown area,. shops and restruants. The hostess at the suites was very personalble and helpful. We will be staying there again.

Parking is a little wonky. We couln't park where we could see our car. Ice machine was on the other side of the building, but now I'm just being picky. Nice stay overall.

I have stayed here many times . The main reasons are the amazing staff and the cleanliness.

It's time to update some furniture. The ottomans in my room looked like cat scratching posts. Also, the bathrooms are showing wear and tear. These things don't deter my staying, but updating would give a better impression, particularly to a first-time visitor.

Everything was very clean and it was comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The fridge kept the food cold. And the tv worked. Clean blankets and the room was big

They raised the prices a lot due to the race. But I understand why. There was a few black hairs on the bathroom sink , nothing crazy. And the breakfast could have some better choices Like plain oatmeal , due to someone being diabetic in my room couldn’t eat much

Great breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds, convenient to interstate for a quick one night stay.

When we arrived around 8 pm there was no one at reception. There was a sign posted that they’d be back shortly. We waited about 10 minutes but received no apology from staff for not being there when we arrived. Also, during breakfast the staff seemed more interested in interacting loudly with each other other than attending to their guests. Again when we checked out there was no staff at the front desk. No major deal considering everything else, but considerations for improved guest experience.
