Breakfast was great. The room was nice but the window was a bit broken so was the screen ( poor general maintenance) The coffee machine didn’t have a jug, pretty impossible to make coffee. The person at the desk was very polite.

The maintenance crew didn’t clean our room even though we left the hotel at 10 am. There is no excuse for refusing to clean the room : empty waste baskets and make the beds. It was very expensive considering the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, essentially a stop over for truck drivers with Wendy as a restaurant.

Clean and quiet, despite being located near a truck stop just off he interstate. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and fairly large.

The sink and mirror were in the same room as the toilet and shower, therefore preventing one person from using the mirror and sind while the other used the toilet or shower.

Sabi was very helpful during check-in. We had asked for an accessible room, and the room was spacious. The shower had a unique grab bar system. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. There was also a nice exercise room.

The property was good for one night stay. The front desk clerk was friendly when checking in.

We were still sleeping and heard someone attempt to open our door at 8am. Guessing housekeeping. The only reason the door didn’t lock was because of the top lock thing. Pretty scary that someone could just do that, when you’re asleep.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The room was clean, although it needs some upgrades!..

It smells so bad of smoke! I’m not sure if this place allow smoking in areas but it was overpowering in the hallways! I’m asthmatic so it was a breathing issue for me!

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms every time I've stayed here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Accessible facilities. Full breakfast bar complete with eggs, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. Late checkout request accomodated.

Very convenient location and well maintained property. It’s an older building but very quiet and they didn’t charge a pet fee. They had a nice large area for the dog to exercise.

I don’t have any complaints. It’s not new and shiny, but it was very clean and safe.

Breakfast was great and our room was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains just topped it off!

Some of the bathroom fixtures could use some updating.

The breakfast was not very good. The sausages looked awful. The coffee was tepid. You were completely out of plates. The milk machine had good milk. Except you did have bottles of orange juice. That was good

I did not like the tepid coffee. Please have the coffee be hot. You need plates.
