I like the glass elevator, the indoor pool, the free continental breakfast.

There is a lift by the pool to help disabled people get in it, but it doesn't work. That would have been very helpful. I probably could have worked with stairs, but nope, only ladders.. All of the doors are very heavy and hard to open, very inconvenient for a disabled person.. The continental breakfast is not great. Although they do have a lot of options, they're not very good.. the eggs seem to be powdered, and cooked by Steam, very wet and Soggy.. the sausage also seemed to be steamed, not browned at all.. also, the breakfast area is very crowded, elbow to Elbow.. you should make it a straight line along the wall, instead of a Nook where everyone is crowded..

The Breakfast was good! Eggs and sausage were tasty. Yogurt and chocolate muffins were good Some gluten free bread or gluten free bagels would be appreciated since I need to eat gluten free because of celiac disease. Bed was very comfortable

There were several papers that required my signature because we have a dog. I was intimidated by them. I understand that dogs can damage the rooms, but we always make sure our dog behaves. The wallpaper was coming loose above the shower head and maybe above the TV. The paint on the bathroom door was damaged. All these things make the room look run down. The carpet was frayed where it met the tile.

The only problem we had was we were not expecting the train to wake us at midnight one night and two AM the next. The breakfast person Jamie was super, he gave us a smile and hello when we came in, kept the place stocked and clean. When we told him he did a great job he not only thanked us but came to the table later to talk to us. Made us feel welcomed. The staff at the desk were also courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay if in area again.

Like I said earlier it was not knowing the train was coming at midnight and 2 AM. Shook us , should let people know.

The staff here is absolutely impeccable at what they do. Ms. Helen is an absolute doll, and handles the front end with the poise and grace of a true southern belle. The housekeepers are truly exquisite, having stayed in a King's Suite for the very first time as an adult, they guided my transition into this next chapter flawlessly. I am beyond thankful for this dedicated team, I feel so elated to have had the chance to stay here. 💜

The only issue that arrose was using a third party site, however it was quickly resolved.

The staff was great. I liked that the property is conservation conscious and that it wasn’t automatic that housekeeping came daily. I was traveling with my teenage daughter and we really didn’t need anything aside from fresh towels halfway through the 6 night stay.

The microwave only worked sometimes and there were light switches that didn’t do anything. Some of the outlets didn’t accept a plug. We made do with what was working.

Close to hiway and other places on our trip

The property was nice but the person who was on duty the night we stopped was no where to be found. After calling out that we were at the front desk, I called the motel from the lobby on my phone, the front desk kept ringing and the office door was open and the phone inside there was ringing. No one came out to answer the phone and as I walked down the hall knocking on doors a woman appeared in the housekeeping doorway and asked if I needed help. She was clearly sleeping and seemed to be annoyed that I woke her. I got the keycard for my room and went upstairs I will be sure to avoid this location in the future

Breakfast was great. clean and good variety of food.. Staff was friendly. Closeness to variety of eateries. Although Cracker Barrels food was awful. But of course that was not the fault of BW.. but thought you would like to know. Staff in hotel were very friendly. P

I think the facilities could use some updating. The tubs were old and looked uninviting. Bathroom bath rug would be nice.

I loved this hotel. I loved the vibe. Staff was very friendly. It was reasonably priced, clean and the bed was very comfortable. My flight was delayed going back home and had to get a room at a major chain at an airport location and it was more expensive, business class but sterile. When we go back to Staunton, we will stay again. And it’s pet friendly!

Fantastic stay at BW! Indoor heated pool was nice and clean. A lot of choices for breakfast. Quiet rooms. Good water pressure in the showers. Right off the interstate. Great location! Two restaurants in the same plaza- Cracker Barrel and a little Southern cooking place. Staff was really friendly. We plan to stay here again on our way back through!

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausages, waffles, oatmeal, grits, Danishes, muffins, and different juices. The pool was small but was a perfect temperature.

We found a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The second bed was very close to the air conditioner, so we alternated between feeling too hot or too cold. It would be nice if breakfast was served until ten a.m.
