Your front desk check in staff Sandra made our stay much better. The fridge/microwave was not plugged in and the Keurig didn’t work. She made sure to bring us another coffee maker and worked to get things plugged in. We were in one of your better rooms. Nice beds and clean and we have reservations on our way back home May 19-20.

You need one more corner floor lamp in far corner by bed. It was so dark with only one window and no wall light switches. Sandra made our stay so friendly and pleasant as she got everything fixed. Please let her know how much this helped make the stay better and we are staying here on our way back home on May 19-20.

Good hotel for hikers. It was a good value, clean and quiet, with coin operated laundry facilities on site. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and Walmart. It was easy to get to and from the AT using Uber, with the Uber price $12 plus tip. There was Shampoo, soap, a microwave, and refrig in the room.

This hotel isn't in the old downtown of Waynesboro, but is instead near the highway junction. However, there are lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and Walmart within 1/2 mile of the hotel.

It was a wonderful accommodation.

That I never really got to enjoy any amenities other than the free parking cuz I was too busy working all day, which Is my fault, and I should have managed to make extra time, however my girlfriend enjoyed all the luxuries you had to offer at least once or twice and as far as I’m aware they were above and beyond her expectations. Also the power went out for a couple hours during a heavy wind storm, but what can you do?

From arrival to check out everything was wonderful. Front desk staff were very friendly, available, attentive and informative. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were friendly and greeted me while walking through the hallway. I didn’t eat breakfast because I slept in but was able to access hot water for my tea. Room looked exactly as pictured. Recommend this hotel highly.

This area is convenient and close to everything, including my workplace. The facility was very welcoming along with the staff. The facility was very clean and even had free breakfast!! I definitely loved my room (212), decent area, close to the front desk, the pool, the main entrance. Definitely will suggest this place to others and will stay again as needed. Thank you all!

Breakfast was okay, there is a good selection. Eating area is a bit small. The gentleman incharge of breakfast area was very nice and keeps the area clean.

All in all it is a good place to stay, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in could have been cleaner and the toilet replaced, it wasn't secured to the floor. Bed was very comfortable!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient. I like that the breakfast is served earlier than other places. Luggage carts were available at several entrances, which is very convenient. Also, there is more than one entrance, accessible by your key card, which made it convenient for folks on the lower level.

It seems very picky, but the pillows marked "firm", really are not very firm.

I know that good help and people willing to work is hard to find these days but, your desk crew is really your first impression of your hotel as well as your customer service ambassador. I think attire needs to be a bit more professional than a tank top, basketball shorts and crocs. I also don't need to walk in on you eating your dinner in the common area and feel like my arrival is interrupting your meal. With that being said, they were both kind.

My wife and I stayed here one night after spending the day at Monticello and before making the Skyline Drive. The hotel looks to be quite new. The room was in great shape, and clean and quiet.

There wasn’t much left for breakfast when I arrived 10 minutes before it ended, so if you’re planning to fill up arrive early.

Location and price. Tasha at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Very nice and friendly. Room was nice. Bed was nice and big. Pillows were comfortable.

The lobby needs to be updated. Stains on the furniture and rug. I emailed the hotel several days prior to get rooms adjoining but never got responds. Tasha was helpful and got us rooms close to each other.
