Your front desk check in staff Sandra made our stay much better. The fridge/microwave was not plugged in and the Keurig didn’t work. She made sure to bring us another coffee maker and worked to get things plugged in. We were in one of your better rooms. Nice beds and clean and we have reservations on our way back home May 19-20.

You need one more corner floor lamp in far corner by bed. It was so dark with only one window and no wall light switches. Sandra made our stay so friendly and pleasant as she got everything fixed. Please let her know how much this helped make the stay better and we are staying here on our way back home on May 19-20.

It is very close to several great restaurants and has easy access to stores and interstate. Staff was excellent very polite and friendly.

The only item in question was I was not 100% sure our bathroom was adequately cleaned. On arrival there were towels still hanging in the bathroom as if they had been used. Complimentary shampoo had been used and left. Not sure if this was oversight or maybe a new staff member who was unaware of how the towels were to be set out. Either way I simply asked for new towels from the front desk without any problems.

Good hotel for hikers. It was a good value, clean and quiet, with coin operated laundry facilities on site. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and Walmart. It was easy to get to and from the AT using Uber, with the Uber price $12 plus tip. There was Shampoo, soap, a microwave, and refrig in the room.

This hotel isn't in the old downtown of Waynesboro, but is instead near the highway junction. However, there are lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and Walmart within 1/2 mile of the hotel.

Sandra at the front desk was most helpful & kind. She's an asset!

We checked in to our room and it seemed warm in there. I turned AC on (reset it as it appeared there was an error code) & we went to dinner & returned to a warm room & the same error code. Sandra at the front desk quickly moved us across the hall to a nice cool room. There was no hassle involved, which we appreciated as we were in town for my husband to have surgery the following morning.

It was a wonderful accommodation.

That I never really got to enjoy any amenities other than the free parking cuz I was too busy working all day, which Is my fault, and I should have managed to make extra time, however my girlfriend enjoyed all the luxuries you had to offer at least once or twice and as far as I’m aware they were above and beyond her expectations. Also the power went out for a couple hours during a heavy wind storm, but what can you do?

the breakfast was the weakest part. just some monterey burritos as hot food. other cold food staples there but not any wow factor. but hey it was $87 so I was totally ok with that.

maybe at least some eggs and sausage for hot breakfast, but like I said, the whole stay was $87. I could have easily just gone to the waffle house. It's a great hotel for the price

From arrival to check out everything was wonderful. Front desk staff were very friendly, available, attentive and informative. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were friendly and greeted me while walking through the hallway. I didn’t eat breakfast because I slept in but was able to access hot water for my tea. Room looked exactly as pictured. Recommend this hotel highly.

The rooms were clean, modern and well kept. The bathroom should have a working exhaust, gets really humid after a shower. Location was good. Very close to all the major restaurants. Staff was very nice too. Breakfast was disappointing though.

This area is convenient and close to everything, including my workplace. The facility was very welcoming along with the staff. The facility was very clean and even had free breakfast!! I definitely loved my room (212), decent area, close to the front desk, the pool, the main entrance. Definitely will suggest this place to others and will stay again as needed. Thank you all!

Breakfast was okay, there is a good selection. Eating area is a bit small. The gentleman incharge of breakfast area was very nice and keeps the area clean.

All in all it is a good place to stay, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in could have been cleaner and the toilet replaced, it wasn't secured to the floor. Bed was very comfortable!
