Location is nice. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. Nice new hotel. Nice indoor pool. Workout area is good. Nice breakfast area. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but sufficient. Black out blinds are great.

The room was fine, but it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The carpet had crumbs and the bathroom floor had black spots that looked like they would easily come off if mopped. The tray under the coffee cups had sticky stuff on it like it hadn't been wiped since the last customer.

Liked the facility a lot. Mostly Clean new feeling etc. lived the lemon water. Pool kinda small for real swimmers. Main issue I had was I felt like the main floor in the bedroom needed a good mopping. Its not carpet which is fine . Carpet was just under bed. But the main bedroom floor itself made me feel like I should wear shoes. I really question whether housekeeping gives it a good wet and then dry mopping after every guest

The location is excellent! Right off the highway for easy on and off. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area to choose from. In fact, we walked to dinner. Comfortable accommodations, and the buffet breakfast has lots of choices.

The room was a little dirty, as it appeared to need sweeping or vacuuming. The sink vanity was tiny, which was challenging for two people.

Facility seems quite new, bed and pillows clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was overall quiet (see below) and very clean.

We thought we had a neighbor who was hammering something in their room at night. Turns out there is something mechanical that happens in the guts of the hotel. It seemed related to the plumbing, and staff said they'd look into it. Continental breakfast was barely adequate for us. We have special dietary needs, so being able to read a product label is essential, but choices were of food cooked there or cereal already in dispensers. Only fruit was apples that were OK, but not wonderful. It was a bit tricky to get to, as it's in a colony of competing hotels. Our GPS always got lost trying to find the turns.

Everything about the hotel was great booking.com was disgusting. They never connected the reservation. Fortunately, the people at the Holiday Inn were great found me room No, thanks to booking.com, they cost me money. I've learned a lesson. I won't be using them in the future. Shame on you. Shame on me if I use you again.

The TV was large, but mostly we were impressed with the handicap accommodations. The bathroom was thoughtfully arranged. IT had a stool for the shower as well as another stool to use at the vanity. Vanity was raised to accommodate a wheelchair and entryway was extra wide. THis is so helpful for people trying to navigate in a wheelchair.

Location was great, right off the interstate and near restaurants, large rooms. Hotel was modern and clean. The breakfast was typical of what you get in most places but they did have a variety of hot options.

The price of the room was high. I do believe this was due to it being the weekend. Prices dropped substantially during the week.

The bed was very comfortable with 4 big pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. Holiday inn has perfected the art of the breakfast buffet and standardized it throughout there chain. Not the best breakfast ive ever had, but consistant.

It was a bit noisy, right next to a highway, so there was a lot off traffic noise. The air conditioner also made a good amount of noise.

It was a new hotel. Very clean. Nice big bedroom and bathroom. Loved the taller toilet. Great breakfast bar and area. We got there right at 9:00 & most hot food was gone, but the attendant was so nice to unload a box that was just delivered to get us some Danishes.

The ac/heat unit didn't work properly. It was either 70° on heat or 69° on ac. We turned the thermostat to off to stop the fan & it didn't! It ran all night! The temp was 75° when we work up.

Very clean and welcoming. The people working on the property were friendly and very helpful. Pool was smaller but very nice.

Hot water was a little sketchy in the afternoon but was being fixed, so likely not a long term issue.
