Quiet room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Provided excellent sleep. (One of the most comfortable beds I've experienced in a motel!) Only made it to one breakfast but it was quite good. Staff was over the top friendly and courteous. Shower was excellent: plenty of hot water and roomy shower. Room was clean with no malodors. Able to easily set and maintain desired room temperature. And did I mention it was wonderfully quiet! (And judging by a fairly full parking lot, there were plenty of guests in the building with us.)

I found no short comings. I was looking for an accommadion to essentially shower and sleep in while visiting family in the area, not a self contained theme park---and it provided surperbly

Hotel was lovely and clean and our room was fantastic. Bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet which was lovely. Breakfast was brilliant! Lots of choice. Hot and cold, bagels, English muffins and standard toast as well as waffles and cereal. Literally everything you could want - and it was regularly serviced cleaned and refreshed - perfect!

Sondra, the night desk clerk on Sunday, 17 March did an excellent job, despite only having been on the job for a few weeks. Despite not being able to transfer me to a different room, she brought an odor spray up and made the issue bearable. Breakfast the next day was ample and quite good. Despite having no fruit and no pastries, I was very satisfied. The young man, Monday morning, the 18th, was very personable and assisted me with my bags, as I usually walk with a cane. I can not remember his name, however, I believe it was his first day of training.

When I entered the room, 204, It smelled of cigarette smoke. Sondra tried to switch my reservation to a different room but was unable to. She came up to the room with me, but couldn't really smell anything, but said she'd be right back and returned with the odor spray.after she left, I could at least breath. When returning n to the room after breakfast, I could still smell cigarette smoke, but not at badly as the night before and, again, was able to breath. I think part of the problem is, even though your property is fully no - smoking, Booking.com DOES give the option for a smoking room. Therefore, some people feel entitled to do what they want.

I have been to many hotels around the world, and the receptionist, Nicole, was the nicest with the most welcoming smile and disposition by far. She went above and beyond to help us. We, as a family, are so grateful and appreciative of her help. Also, we liked that it was walking distance from a wide selection of places to eat. We all agreed that breakfast was excellent. Coffee could have been of better quality, but tea was a good brand. We slept well.

It's been 12 years since we have been to Waynesboro and stayed at the Comfort Inn. Love the location and the facility was just perfect. Parking lot was lit at night, had no problems, the staff was wonderful and helpful. The location has grown so much, that we needed help finding places to go, places to dine, and the Hotel staff provided the help we needed. The room was clean, and quiet. They need to replace the TV Remote. The TV remote was broken and taped up, but we managed with it. We will definitely stay again the next time we get back up there. Hopefully, it won't be a long time like the last. Loved the HOT breakfast too!!!!!

We're good. Really , no complaints.

We were pleasantly surprised, starting with the friendly staff at reception and breakfast room. Room size was great, room and bathroom comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast nicer than you might expect from hotel in this category. Location great if you plan to do Skyline Drive and/or Blue Ridge Pkwy. Whenever we want to spend more time in this beautiful area, we now know where we will stay.

The breakfast was good, my wife had a waffle everyday I ate eggs, bacon, sausage, they also had biscuits and country gravy. Oatmeal, cold cereal, coffee, tea and different kinds of juices.

We had no problem at all, the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. When we asked the maid to please leave extra towels she did. I would stay there again when I go to VA.

The staff was always so nice. From the time I got there to when I left. The room was nice and cozy. Clean and odorless. The breakfast was good. I liked the eggs, muffins, and juice.

I didn't care for the soap, it made my skin feel weird. The shampoo and conditioner was horrible, but I went and bought my own stuff. The sausage wasn't that good, but that's no one's fault. ☺️ Oh... The coffee... It's so horrible, y'all need another brand or something.. it's just bad.

Very comfy beds! Great location just off the interstate with some nice eateries within walking distance. Friendly staff and nice breakfast options. The fitness center had a nice variety of dumbbells, too.

The breakfast--while ideal for people who enjoy heavier food--could be improved by offering fresh fruit and not instant oatmeal (real oatmeal would be better). They ran out of milk, so I had no choice but to eat sugary instant oatmeal. Also, the breakfast attendants were outside smoking (three of them) by the front door, which --to me-- is disgusting and not a welcoming sight for people visiting.

The location was easy to get to from the freeway, with many great restaurants nearby. We were tired and able to check in at 2:00, which is unusual. On the day of check out, we had a Zoom doctor's appointment at 10:30 am, until 11:10 am, and the manager, Marc, said that it would be no problem to stay past 11:00 to take care of our appointment. Also, Hope in the kitchen was so friendly and kind.
