The location was the best . Quit and easy access back to the interstate. Room was very clean, and very good breakfast. The room was very quiet. Beds were nice. No carpet in the rooms which we really liked. Nice shower. The building was very clean. Everything looked new. Thanks for a great stay.

We could have used more towels, and wash clothes. There was 3 off us registered to stay in the room. We only had 2 wash clothes and 2 towels. When we asked about it, they gave us some more.

Nice hotel right off 81. Clean and updated. No complimentary water like we got in the Hampton Inn the night before, but you can buy one! Room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and large flat screen tv. A/C was a little loud, but worked well. There is a restaurant across the parking lot and the food was good. It is a buffet with a regular menu as well - loads of food! Worth a trip for dinner and to hang out with the locals!

Breakfast was quite mediocre. No fruit. They had a breakfast sandwich and an egg thing in paper bags available, and your basic toast and cereal offerings. Nothing fantastic.

The hotel was right off of 81, perfect stop for those traveling. They had a great selection of hot/ cold breakfast items. Coffee, tea, water, or hot cocoa was available 24/7, which was great! Our room had no carpet, which is good for those who suffer with allergies. The hotel was very clean and affordable; they even had shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap and lotion dispensers in the room.

I really don't have much I didn't like.. We did have to ask for more towels, as they only stocked the room for two, and we had three people in our room. The bathroom door had trouble closing/ locking in our room.

The beds were so comfortable! And I enjoyed that there were firm and soft pillows that were clearly labeled!! Kids enjoyed the pool as well, they said it was nice and warm. Everything is very modern looking yet a very cozy stay.

We could not get the TV to let us cast from our phones. We tried the QR code on the screen and following the instructions, but it wouldn't connect. Other than that, no complaints!

At check in, the clerk did not tell me there was a "black out screen" for the window. There are not curtains, but screens. I tried to move the metal chains on the screen but was too tired to figure it out there was another screen. I didn't think to call down to the desk to inquire. So, I slept with the room being lit the entire night.

Good modern hotel, comfortable beds and big size bathroom. Breakfast was very good, nice little omelettes and quiches, yogurt, cream cheese, cereal, good coffee, the, hot chocolate. Since it was a bad weather, they put the breakfast up earlier to accommodate people wanting to leave sooner.

Our room was frigid cold 55F. Lady at the check -in wanted to give us another room - this last one was as cold as ours. We think the cleaning personnel left the A/C on. Finally, we stayed in our assigned room and we received extra blankets.

Very convenient to I-81 on and off ramp. Front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and out. Room was very, very nice and no carpet! Breakfast was very nice and 24 hour coffee and tea and water available. Gas and restaurants close by.

Found a few crumbs in the room, but otherwise the rooms are super nice and large,

It's right off the highway, close to all the restaurants. It was very clean & comfortable bed and pillows. It had a gym and indoor pool. It is weird not having a microwave in the room. There was a small mini- fridge. It was nice to be able to get a hot pocket when I was feeling hungry. They sell other snacks. My son had a mini ice cream! The morning breakfast had a great variety of items - hot & cold. I would definitely stay again.

The staff could have been a little nicer when I asked for help trying to connect to the wifi. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work.

This is a perfect place to stay along I-81 in Virginia. So convenient to many mountain spots. Great value, nice indoor pool, excellent grab-and-go breakfast with name-brand favorite food rather than just cheap filler, plus very comfortable beds and updated rooms. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. This was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family!

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything appeared new, updated, and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable, and we were grateful that the air conditioner worked efficiently and quietly. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly.

Room was a little small. Water pressure in the shower was weak.
