The location was convenient to downtown Staunton. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rae checked us in, she was very pleasant and provided information on the area. We enjoyed part of the evening around the firepit. Breakfast had a wide variety including a Gluten Free section which was awesome as both myself and another family member are celiac. Brenda supervised the breakfast buffet. She was very attentive and had such a warm personality. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay.

The breakfast staff was warm and friendly as was the front desk. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable.

Only one desk chair, not enough towel hooks and only one coffee packet. These are small things but make a difference in the comfort of my stay. We travel 81 fairly often and found this to be on the pricey side and not as nice as some other hotels but seemed to be in the range for Staunton. We'll try to stop in a town center that is not as pricey inthe future.

Farely new hotel. Like that it was not old and dated. Floors and carpets was clean. Bed comfortable.

Had a spot on my comforter, I had to clean the bathroom door but the bathroom floor and toilet was pretty clean. Didn't like the breakfast options but was able to find something.

The breakfast was excellent and the people responsible for preparing and service were exceptional. They had gluten-free options for people who have health issues and were friendly and kind enough to help with the menu. This issue alone is not often considered when staying at various lodging options.

Convenient to highways

Please have someone refresh the room, even every other day. And if I have to put trash outside my door, please leave an extra plastic bag or two.

Breakfast was amazing and had so many options!! Bed was very comfortable. Facilities were amazing!!!! My family and I felt very safe. And staff was amazing and very caring especially the breakfast staff.

Location was great. Near the highway and near all the places we wanted to go.

My room could have been cleaner. With a toddler she found a pill on the floor and the bathroom trash wasnt taken out.

When I travel to Waynesboro for work I always stay here. It's clean and the staff is amazing.

Breakfast is below average, pretty much the same thing everyday. Everything was cold.

The pool was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, nice rooms.loved the huger walk in shower.

I booked the first stay 6 months in advance, my one request was to have adjoining rooms, or very close together. They were about 6 rooms down the hall. I booked the return trip before leaving. Asked for adjoining rooms. Was told only a king suite was adjoining, I said okay. Still several rooms away from each other. Breakfast was okay, not great.

My husband's suit liner fell apart all over the floor. House keeping was so kind. It was a big mess.
