Location Room was very , very clean. , towels and sheets were crispy clean. We stayed on second floor and the man named Jamie takes care of the rooms on second floor. We complimented him for a job well done. Also a helpful friendly guy. GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE ! If you find your room clean by him or his wife Ashley who takes care of the bottom rooms ,,,,,,,, leave a tip 🙂 Nice size refrigerator, not one of those rinky dink ones. Staff was friendly and helpful.

WI FI WAS HORRIBLE. !!! I had important things to do on my laptop and Ipad and I could not connect. In fact I was trying to get the room through booking.com and I could not connect even in the lobby. Finally a nice woman guest hooked me up to the Hot Spot on her phone. I told the girl at the desk to tell the manager they need a upgrade bad. HAVING NO WI-FI IS UNACCEPTABLE THESE DAYS. No coffee pot in room Ice machine is in lobby , far from some rooms . Needs another ice machine near far rooms.

It's very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, their vending machine accepts credit cards, including cashapp 😀. And the best part free coffee every morning 🌄 because who can start a day without a cup of joe??? It's quiet, other than the interstate traffic and they allow Pets for the same price no extra charge. They don't have any bugs which is always a plus plus plus. Want to be here during the summer time they have a pool which is awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖.

Just the noise from interstate traffic is a bit annoying as I have very sensitive ears and ptsd. So when I hear the traffic I begin to have panic attacks when I can't tell exactly what it is I hear but that's my only complaint.

Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and well maintained. Liked that we could park right in front of our room for easy loading and unloading, also we have a dog and it was convenient to take her out.

We arrived between 3:30 and 4:00 pm after the 3:00 check in, our reserved room wasn't cleaned yet, so instead of 2 queen beds the clerk arranged for a room with a king bed which was no problem for us. However since we booked on line it was a little bit of extra work for the clerk to cancel our original booking and rebook. It would seem that it would be helpful if booking on line was a little more integrated so that it would be a little more seamless and easy for staff and owner to make changes.

I wasn't sure what to expect in a hotel that allowed pets; but it was what we needed. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel was affordably priced and exceptionally clean and friendly. Our room was not carpeted and was as inviting to our dog as it was to us. Thankfully, it didn't smell like a wet dog, nor was it overly scented with air sprays. It simply smelled clean. Additionally, we had plenty of room and had very comfortable beds. The microwave and fridge were clean and worked fine. The bathroom was a wonderful surprise. The shower had only a short, maybe 10-inch-high ledge, to step over, which was a welcome find as I am mobility impaired.

It needs a handrail in the shower. Even people who are not handicapped appreciate a bar to hold onto at times in the shower. A continental breakfast would be nice. It will be even better when the pool is back up and running!

Loved the pet friendly room. Very easy to use and lots of green areas for the dog. Staff were great. Very clean & maintained.

I-95 road noise was loud and constant all thru the night. I was on the end closest to I-95 half a mile away. If you can help reduce that noise I would highly recommend others to use this hotel

I like the fact, they had no bedbugs and the sheets were clean. The room was clean when I entered, and they were able to accommodate my request. I was able to have privacy no loud banging. It was a great day. I would highly recommend it to anyone because it has a decent price is very clean very homely and very quiet.

Didn’t stay for breakfast. The beds were very clean, bathroom clean, shower had lots of hot water, towels and free shampoo. All good for the price. And our doggie stayed free!!

Coffee in the room would have been nice and a hair dryer is a necessity! I had to go to my car and dig out my own hairdryer. Every thing else was adequate for a one night stay,

The manager placed me near the entrance. I was a solo female traveler and that made me feel secure. The room had a door block apparatus which further increased my sense of safety. The grounds lovely and Italian restaurant with the best wings (even better than NY) only 5 minutes away. I would stay here again.

Nothing. It’s a dated building but the grounds very tastefully done.

A perfect location right of I 81. Facilities are clean and comfortable especially the bed. Rooms are decent sized. The place is older but seems to have been remodeled. Pet friendly and I especially like the semi remote / private location. Nice big field tom let your dog run.

Location was easy to access, Rooms were very clean and surprisingly spacious, and property was pleasant to walk around.

amenities were a little short, like not many pillows or soap, but it wasn’t too much of a bother
