The location is very convenient, you can find any other store or diner place around! The place is clean, quiet and looks wonderful. The nice lady at the front desc was above and beyond! The room is good space and layout. The bed! They have the best beds/mattresses - steady and semi - firm, at least this is very important for me. Overall my stay was very-very comfortable and relaxing.

The only one down side was in the fitness center - trade mill and elliptical didn't work. There was just stationary bike left.....however it's not important for everyone, so it is not a complaint!

Everything about this place was perfect!

The only complaint we had was one morning a staff member knocked on our door, DID NOT identify herself as staff and before I could get up and answer it, she just opened it herself, barged in to our room and looked around and said "IM LOOKING FOR A MISSING CART". I thought that was unprofessional, rude and she had no business slinging our door open without giving me time to answer the door. I mean, one of us could have just gotten out of the shower or something! A missing cart is no reason to barge in on someone's privacy!!!! Other than her behavior, it was an amazing stay.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Great bed and linens and I was loving the pillows. The shower was hot and powerful and overall the whole room was a perfect oasis in the chaos of dealing with the death of my father. I stayed 2 nights to get some space from the maelstrom of arrangements.

The only issue I had was a funky smell in the hotel hallway. I imagine it was from guests walking down the hallway from the pool dripping water on the carpet over time. No issues in the room, it always smelled lovely and fresh in there.

I felt like the coffee needed some help and the food was OK. Nothing really special.

Definitely need to improve on the coffee and breakfast bar

Me and family had a good stay at the motel. We had bugged out of Perry because of hurricane Idailah. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Front desk was always accommodating and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good and plenty. The lady who set up the bar was a sweetheart. Very clean and organized. She was always cleaning and on her feet close by. Tell her my six months old grandson learned the joy of oatmeal in her dining room. Housekeeping kept on top of everything and the room was spotless when we got there. Thank them for taking care of our extra trash. Loved the pool, very clean.

Maybe Air conditioning in elevator would be nice. It was a tad slow.

Breakfast was a lot to be desired for, only sausage patties, no eggs or bacon and the Biscuits were as hard and dry as rocks!!!! Had to settle for a waffle. Coffee was good, no fruits neither. The Lady in charge of dining room was very nice but Man!! Breakfast really Sucked!!!$

Needless to say, just don’t dump anything for breakfast cause we’re staying temporarily

Staff was helpful with our needs, area was nice. shops and restaurants close. Rooms where clean

need better noise proofing we heard people and tv's on both sides of us. Towels could be better very thin and ruff. breakfast selections could be better, Scrambles eggs where burned and black, sausage was so dried out couldn't eat. Bagels were hard. Could really do better with the breakfast

Crestview We stopped overnight on a road trip. Front desk staff member who checked us in was friendly and inviting; I felt welcomed rather than just another person stopping through. We appreciated the text we received shortly after getting to the room which invited us to text should we need anything. Convenient location by highway with many shops and services located at this exit. Noticeably clean from outside grounds and lobby, guest room and bathroom, hallways and breakfast area. And the usual hotel breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, and rosemary potatoes. Easy contactless checkout with text reminder. We would stay here again 🙂

One area for improvement - the gym. Treadmill out of order and the elliptical-type machine flickered off at higher intensity settings.

The location was very good, staff friendly, and knowledgeable. Bed comfortabl. TV, microwave, and refrigerator worked well. Shower and bathroom clean

The shower floor mat was stained, shower head not adjustable, and sprays everywhere. Many lamps in room, light bulbs are very dim, need to be changes out with daytime bulbs. Rooms not insulated well for sound. Next-door neighbors played their music loud. However, they stopped at 1030, so we didn't report it.

Front counter personnel were excellent. Food service person did her best with a limited selection and quality of items. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Nearby dinner dining is a big plus after a long road trip.

Bathroom ceiling vent is rusted badly and needs replacing. Breakfast eggs were uniform and bland like powdered eggs. Definitely not fresh whole eggs. Very spicy/seasoned potatoes. Poor choice of bread/bagels/muffins. Breakfast could have been much better.
