Front desk workers so friendly and helpful, encounter 3 different front desk people and all were exceptional.

Stayed there for my grandkids so they could swim in pool. The pool and air temp was very cold, other guest that came in to swim said same thing. They said it was 84 but there was no way. I did let them know. Was very disappointed as to cold to bring my 10 month old granddaughter in pool and for myself and grandson we didn’t swim to long on 1st day. Next morning pool was warmer and air temp in pool area. We were able to enjoy pool and not be shivering before checkout.

The location was convenient. Appreciated the breakfasts. Bed was comfortable. We booked well in advance of our stay, thankful for the cancellation option (which was not needed).

Not really a dislike, however we were surprised that our room was not serviced at all during our 4 night stay - no clean towels halfway thru, in room coffee supply was not replenished.

The coffee was better than I expected -- a nice surprise. Good breakfast, although it was a fuller offer on Sunday than Monday morning. Some cut up fruit would be a nice add but grits were a nice treat for this visiting Yankee.

I made do with the fitness room. Some wipes or paper towel/spray would better support user hygiene with equipment.

Stayed on a Sunday night. Check-in/out was quick, room was very clean, friendly staff, very nice lobby area, bed and pillows were really comfortable, heat/AC unit worked well and was quiet, shower with sliding glass door was very nice, good water pressure, hot and full breakfast, and well-lit parking area.

Walls and ceiling were incredibly thin. I could hear doors shutting starting at 5:30am. The person on the second floor, above room, sounded like an elephant stomping around. Bagels were rock hard. Coffee lids did not fit well, no matter how I tried. I spilled coffee all over my car because the lid did not seal.

The breakfast was very good for hotel quality. Food was fresh and hot. The room was clean and the bed and shower were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

We were a little concerned about the people hanging around the parking area.

It must be a bit older because you can definitely see the aging . The carpet in the halls looked really sad and smelled a bit like cigarette butts . Or dog 🤔 But all in all not a bad experience at all !!

The breakfast was exceptional, hot and fresh. The Staff was especially friendly. Tim at the front desk was Awesome. He assisted not only me but my other family members staying there. Tim informed us of the big group arriving there and the best time to come down for breakfast.

I have no dislikes

Very nice location, comfortable, and spacious rooms.

The only thing that bothered me and I could not sleep were the stink bugs in the room. I only saw 2 bugs and then I kept seeing more. I was freaking out!

The location was great, we have stayed here before. The staff is always very welcoming and the facility is always very clean.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was amazing. Tiffany Byrd was so helpful and professional. The staff made the experience worth the trip.
