Everything was clean and luxurious. I loved how the bathroom had everything I needed( body soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer). The breakfast buffet was unique and delicious. We really enjoyed our omelette. I loved our king suite. The bed was sooo clean and comfy to sleep on. I was actually able to have a good nights sleep.

The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation. I had to prop the bathroom door open to ventilate. The shower curtain didn’t really stop the water from flooding the flood, and I had to use towels to mop it up. Aside from that little mishap, I actually enjoyed our stay.

The location was great and it is a beautiful hotel. Great breakfast.

1. Our room didn’t have any towels. We called and were told they’d send some up. After waiting for 40 minutes, my husband went down to the lobby to get some. 2. I encountered an employee who was not helpful or friendly when I was trying to check in early. I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated. We were able to check out bags, but they wouldn’t hold or refrigerate my medicine as we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready. I’ve never encountered a hotel that wouldn’t refrigerate insulin for their guests. The lady at the counter was rude about it. I’ve never encountered problems while staying at Embassy Suites. This was the first time we had issues. I was very disappointed in the way my medical situation was handled.

Location, friendly staff (especially Tino the bartender), very spacious comfortable room, delicious hot breakfast with the made to order omelettes, free drink happy hour with snacks, spacious lobby for visiting with friends, the outdoor pool for relaxing.. Just can’t say enough about the friendly, efficient staff. Appreciated the text messages welcoming us and express check out.. Will definitely book again!

Suggestion to provide a coffee bar for early risers. Also a staff person designated to keep the breakfast area counters wiped down from coffee, milk and food spills.. Just suggestions to make a great stay even better.,

They have free breakfast for the guests. They have an indoor and outdoor pool appropriate for summer. They have mini fridge and microwave oven.

The rooms are a little outdated but spacious. The parking has a fee of $29 ,even for the handicap. The pool water needs cleaning regularly. Ouside pool water looks murky and dirty. The indoor pool had a slippery floor surrounding it causing a lot of kids and adults to slide and fall to the ground which is a trip and safety hazard. Guests tried to improvise in putting used towels and kept setting the Wet floor safety signs. It may soon cause a head or spinal trauma eventually if not addressed soon. I told the receptionist when checking out but she just said THANK YOU and seemed nonchalant about it. Hope it will be escalated promptly to the management. At least if they place rubber mats that can hold on to the floor. And send a routine housekeeper to check every now and then.

Lovely large rooms great staff

I was given a receipt for charges - we did not drive so initially there was a parking charge - then I received an email indicating that I owed $10.84 with no explanation just that I owed. When I was finally able to download the receipt it literally had NO explanation of what the charge was and indeed the charge was under the room charge in parentheses (which I assume indicates I already paid it?? The email asked me to send a check??? So weird - I will assume this is a scam but if it is not it ruined all the good things we experienced

Breastfast was great pool and hot tub are great the facility was clean they have two pools and a hot tub. The only thing I didn’t like about this place is parking is 26$ a night there deposit is 100$ a night which is pretty expensive I feel like. The front desk was nice when I asked for extra blankets for my kids but the maid was very rude about giveing them to me and argued with me about it I told her I have three kids and I need another blanket and she made a big deal about it and walked away from me. They also don’t clean your rooms l every day unless you ask a day in advance. The staff was very nice at the bar and valet and front desk.

The breakfast amenities were/are great! Thank you! The extended time on the weekends meets our families needs, after along day prior at the locals events and theme parks! The customer service was spot on!

The extra noise emitting from the ventilation system. We were on the top floor (10th), and the noise was coming from the window ventialtion system.

We liked all the choices at breakfast, especially the omelets and eggs cooked to your liking. In the middle of the night while I was sleeping, a bug or a spider bit me on my leg, arm, head and two of my fingers. I didn't realize it till I was itchy in the very early morning (4:45am). Before breakfast I discreetly let the front desk know and they did everything to quickly take care of the situation. The evening and morning teams and the young man who helped me change out my sheets after a long day at Disneyland were awesome! I was slept well with no little critters biting me again. I was happy. Thank you!

We were hoping for some type of turkey bacon or sausage because we are a non-pork eating family. The fried potatoes had way too much seasoning that it overwhelmed the taste of cooked potatoes. It was way too salty and powdery. Maybe the cook accidentally dropped way too much seasoning in them. We wanted to relax in the jacuzzi but the water was too cold. Another guest said it was hot the day before and not cold.

The room and buffet

The room we had has lots of issues: phone not working, heater not heating, lamp shade not lighting. We were moved to another room when the maintenance not able to fix the heater which made us further to my son’s room. The room where we got moved was comfortable and no more issues.

Room was great the layout. I wished the beds were queen size. We liked the free water that was wonderful because i forgot to plan for that.

Staff at front desk inattentive. We were looking for the elevator and finally found it on our own and they did not even greet us when we passed the front desk. I understand it was late at night but I expected a little more especially at an Embassy Suites.
