The room was very clean. The location of the room was nice and quiet. I heard a few loud cars on the freeway but nothing abnormal, it’s not right up against the freeway so it wasn’t loud. I was able to bring my dog and there was no carpet in the room which was great for him. Lots of convenient parking near my room. The beds were firm but comfortable.

The pillows were hard and lumpy. The breakfast was really weak- only carbs, nothing with protein. At least it was free, and it was something to eat before getting on the road.

It was fantastic we actually booked down the street the bed was so hard I couldn’t get comfortable so we changed hotels this was absolutely wonderful dog friendly very clean and had a little dog area with poop bags available very nice clean parking lot I wish I did the pool but I went to the gym instead but we will definitely be back 5 Stars or 10 on a scale of 1-10

I will start out by saying I asked for an early Check in an hour request was given to us. Customer service was excellent. We had a small complaint in regards to the air conditioning.They sent a technician over within five minutes or less to fix the problem. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.Looking for a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay.Thank you so much for everything

Breakfast was what I expected for a free breakfast. Coffee was as I like it, strong. There is plenty to choose protein, carbohydrates, fruits and real no sugar added fruit juice. 😋 We were disappointed in that online, we were never told or charged a PET FEE. We were told and charged in person at check in, it was too late for us to have a choice, an additional $50 per day.😌

PET FEE at check in, when it could have been disclosed online. $50 additional per day charged at the last minute when you have no other option but to accept.

It was a good location for our needs - bodega bay is just 35 mins away. The room had 2 queen beds, comfortable. Good food just walking distance.

Dirty curtains from top to bottom. The bathtub was scratched up and old. Toilet had leaking seal so it kept adding water every 10 mins , thus not really able to sleep the first night. Chairs were stained as well.

the refrigerator was awful noisy cuz it was making gurgling noise , we had to open the refrig door to stop the noise . it stopped! what’s wrong with the management not finding out about the refrig. this was our second time to stay at this property. it was the same problem noisy refrigerator. also, IMPORTANT- the electric switch is tight in Biddeford the shower wall—- who ever did the bathroom made a terrible decision to put the electric light switch inside the shower . terrible! lease form the Property that it’s dangerous to have light switch placed to side the shower wall—- inside the shower where people used water to take a shower. we did not use the bathroom shower! we were afraid!

I appreciated how clean and well-sanitized everything was during my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient—close to restaurants and easily accessible from the freeway

Front desk is nice, accommodated me picking up additional towels with a smile and were helpul.

The hot tub's edge faux wood pattern was totally rubbing off and it could use an update. The interior of the hot tub is really rough, poky material, ive never experienced that uncomfortable sitting surface in a hot tub before.

Property was clean and easy to get to. As a pet friendly hotel it was great. The room was not carpeted which is smart there’s nothing worse than going into a room with animal stains. Not all animals are trained! There were many restaurants close to the property.

The motel offered a continental breakfast which was great. The only thing was the coffee, it definitely tasted like instant. Yuck.

room was large, clean and bed was comfortable. breakfast was great, best waffle I’d had in ages

tv in room was very small. head of maid services “Leonard” was really weird. he came to room multiple times in morning to ask if I needed room cleaned and if I requested it. I told him at check in I was asked about room cleaning and I said I only needed fresh towels and the bed made on Sunday. Sunday morning Leonard came knocking and then knocked again and again. eventually the room was cleaned and it was settled. I’m sure he was just trying to do his job but it was weird.
