Location within walking distance to State Street. Entrance and valet service very nice. Lobby is large and comfortable with a selfie picture back drop for fun. Adjoining open, comfy cocktail and bar area with great service from managers, bartenders, and a delightful, interesting wait staffer named Melody! Give that girl a raise! Dog friendly for sure! Have free wine service from 5 to 6 pm! The restaurant "Finch and Fork" was yummy, especially eggs benedict and avacado toast. Service was very prompt and professional. The room was perfect for our needs, beautiful 4 poster beds, and extremely comfortable linens. We had a French door that we could open to shallow iron balcony to see the street "hub bub" and get fresh air. We will be returning.

The hotel has just been recently remodeled! Lobby, Restaurant, Bar, and Pool area all brand new. Beautiful! The rooms look like they have had a bit of updating, chair fabric, but still a little dated, and furniture a little bit worn, but probably that will be the next update. Still nice tho, and traditionally classic. With that said, the beds are the most comfortable my husband and I have ever slept in!! Just WOW! Cloud! We want one! Staff was very nice and helpful. Outstanding pool service by Forest our Server. Valets were friendly, and charged up our Tesla without being asked. It was so nice the next day to not worry about it. Took advantage of the coffee bar in the AM and Wine bar in the PM. Overall we had a great experience!! 😃

Couldn’t get a pool lounger one day. Could maybe squeeze a few more in? Loved the pool, but would be awesome to have a spa too somewhere which I think they had once?!

Location was excellent to all shopping , restaurants and walking. Large pool and roof top area to lounge.

Staff was great and really helpful. The room was huge for 2 people.

Construction was a major issue.

Beautifully renovated

No soundproofing at all. I had a room with a balcony and could very clearly hear people talking from the valet area. Balcony also just overlooked other rooms and ground area instead of having a view.

Queen, beautiful well maintained. Very friendly staff.

Property was great. The hike up in price for this past weekend was intense.

Too much noise outside at 5:30 am. (Delivery trucks or whatever). Woke us both up and couldn’t get back to sleep.
