I liked how close it was to the downtown area on State street. The hotel feels updated and the room we booked was spacious and clean. The service was also really good when we needed services.

The first night we were there when we woke up there was major construction at around 7am. Super loud and would have appreciated a heads up if that were the case or some ear plugs.

Very clean and our room was quiet.

We were surprised that the two bottles of water left in our room were $7 each and the price was only marked in small print which we didn’t notice right away. There was only a small sticker saying “$7” so it also wasn’t clear if that meant for each or both. Seemed unnecessarily pricey.

the staff definitely treated different people differently ... the single woman was treated differently than the business man. Someone needs to remind them .... they never know who they are taking care of.

The staff was very helpful and personable. I also enjoyed the fact that the property wasn't too large, was in close distance to a lot of attractions/areas such as the promenade and the amenities available were very nice.

I wish the city view rooms had a better view of the city. The view is mainly into the backyards of neighboring properties.

The hotel was very nice, and the location was good. Our room and the hotel in general was clean and nice. Our room was good sized and the beds was good and we slept well. The AC in the room was working perfect. Plus that they had pool and own parking garage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room: Excellent. I got a balcony view of the city, and it’s the best. I liked waking up to the view of the mountains. It’s spacious and clean. Breakfast: Delicious. I had coffee, a fruit bowl (good size), and avocado toast (could be softer and avocado salty). Location: 10/10. Staff: Wonderful Kim and Eric!

I paid for city views and I received a pool view. Very noisy and busy. Received 2 small water bottles on registration. Paid $154 extra for parking.
