The facilities for an extended stay are great. The front desk staff is alert and helpful. There's a laundry, and an ironing board and iron in the room. Also a decent coffee maker with actual coffee (not instant). A very large Walmart is a ten minute walk away, and open quite late. There is mall food nearby (Dominoes, Olive Garden, Dunkin', Taco Bell). There's also a fridge. Beds are fine, hot water is fine, towels are fine, WiFi is fine. I don't get up for breakfast, so I can't rate it one way or another.

At checkin, the front desk explains the cleaning schedule, which is less frequent than daily (though it is possible to request service, in my case for coffee refills). This really didn't bother me at all, since it was clear the chain is making the staff do more with less, but I mention it in case some people might mind.

I had a late check in. Staff at the desk at check in, overnight, and in the morning were all enthusiastic and helpful. The room was very clean and bed/linens were comfortable. A/C worked great. Fridge in room was a nice bonus. Separate sink/vanity from bathroom was great for multitasking in the morning. The parking lot was very well lit. I LOVED the little fenced pet area, it was so convenient and an appreciated break from on leash time for my dog. I will definitely stay here again.

Even though the rooms are non smoking, my room was clearly smoked in pretty recently. They'd tried to cover the smell but it was obvious. I know there's only so much that can be done when guests aren't respectful with the smoking policy. Everything else was great, so it wasn't worth trying to change rooms for the < 10 hours we were there. Wouldn't let this deter me from another stay.

Well managed. Better than average experience at this national chain. Surprisingly quiet for main road location. Felt safe. Fridge & microwave worked perfect, kept drinks and snacks for a week. No smells. Clean, visibly and to the touch. Everything worked as it should. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the kitchen staff warm and caring. Reception staff were quick to respond, attentive but not intrusive. Bedding was good. Family emergency brought us in from the Heartland, was the shelter I needed it to be.

I can’t complain about minor aesthetic things because everything worked and refurbishment was happening but I didn’t care for the parking lot slope at the traffic light.

The bed was very comfortable and the AC was surprisingly good at maintaining a comfortable temperature without being loud. Staff was kind and amenities were nice.

It would have been nice to have some more gluten free options for breakfast. Not required but we visited based on reviews there were some options but it was quite limited. The carpet in the rooms has a bit of an odd smell, though it may just be the cleaner.

The breakfast was adequate. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We arrived at the property at 1:00 p.m. We were hoping to be able to get into our room early, but no go ~ understandable, no problem. But the desk clerk had a hard time finding our reservation and did not know if we'd paid in advance or not. Later that evening, I tried to check in for our next-morning flight. The printer was off-line. I totally understand that the desk clerk was very, very busy. But she had no idea how to fix the problem. When we checked out in the morning, the desk clerk who had checked us in was back at the desk. She didn't know how to fix the problem. She told us that we could check in at the airport. That's true, and we did. But neither clerk were very friendly, printer problem not withstanding.

We found Quality Inn to be a very pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed being able to get a good breakfast daily instead of having to go out. The room was spotless with plenty of towels etc. The hotel was very quiet making it easy to sleep.

Nothing - we had not one complaint!

I liked everything about it. The warm cookies when I checked in, the friendly staff, the plush towels, the location, the convenience from the room to the breakfast area, which had just enough variety for breakfast.

We had a great stay here after driving a little too long and needing an unexpected stop along the way. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and check in/out was easy.

We weren't big fans of the coffee but this is so minor and not something that we'd consider make or break by any means.

The staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great many items to choose from. It was very quiet in the halls. The price was great.

The pillows need to be updated. Need to remove old carpet. Wish toilet was a little higher.

We loved the location, close to everything... Target, Walmart, Burlington, Dunkin', and Olive Garden! The staff were so nice, the first desk person we met printed us directions to stores she thought we'd like, because we weren't from the US and couldn't use the map on our phones. The room was really clean with a fridge, microwave and a nice shower. Breakfast was good, there was something for everyone.
