The facilities for an extended stay are great. The front desk staff is alert and helpful. There's a laundry, and an ironing board and iron in the room. Also a decent coffee maker with actual coffee (not instant). A very large Walmart is a ten minute walk away, and open quite late. There is mall food nearby (Dominoes, Olive Garden, Dunkin', Taco Bell). There's also a fridge. Beds are fine, hot water is fine, towels are fine, WiFi is fine. I don't get up for breakfast, so I can't rate it one way or another.

At checkin, the front desk explains the cleaning schedule, which is less frequent than daily (though it is possible to request service, in my case for coffee refills). This really didn't bother me at all, since it was clear the chain is making the staff do more with less, but I mention it in case some people might mind.

Well managed. Better than average experience at this national chain. Surprisingly quiet for main road location. Felt safe. Fridge & microwave worked perfect, kept drinks and snacks for a week. No smells. Clean, visibly and to the touch. Everything worked as it should. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the kitchen staff warm and caring. Reception staff were quick to respond, attentive but not intrusive. Bedding was good. Family emergency brought us in from the Heartland, was the shelter I needed it to be.

I can’t complain about minor aesthetic things because everything worked and refurbishment was happening but I didn’t care for the parking lot slope at the traffic light.

The breakfast was adequate. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We arrived at the property at 1:00 p.m. We were hoping to be able to get into our room early, but no go ~ understandable, no problem. But the desk clerk had a hard time finding our reservation and did not know if we'd paid in advance or not. Later that evening, I tried to check in for our next-morning flight. The printer was off-line. I totally understand that the desk clerk was very, very busy. But she had no idea how to fix the problem. When we checked out in the morning, the desk clerk who had checked us in was back at the desk. She didn't know how to fix the problem. She told us that we could check in at the airport. That's true, and we did. But neither clerk were very friendly, printer problem not withstanding.

The bed was very comfortable and the AC was surprisingly good at maintaining a comfortable temperature without being loud. Staff was kind and amenities were nice.

It would have been nice to have some more gluten free options for breakfast. Not required but we visited based on reviews there were some options but it was quite limited. The carpet in the rooms has a bit of an odd smell, though it may just be the cleaner.

We found Quality Inn to be a very pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed being able to get a good breakfast daily instead of having to go out. The room was spotless with plenty of towels etc. The hotel was very quiet making it easy to sleep.

Nothing - we had not one complaint!

The staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great many items to choose from. It was very quiet in the halls. The price was great.

The pillows need to be updated. Need to remove old carpet. Wish toilet was a little higher.

We had a great stay here after driving a little too long and needing an unexpected stop along the way. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and check in/out was easy.

We weren't big fans of the coffee but this is so minor and not something that we'd consider make or break by any means.

We loved the location, close to everything... Target, Walmart, Burlington, Dunkin', and Olive Garden! The staff were so nice, the first desk person we met printed us directions to stores she thought we'd like, because we weren't from the US and couldn't use the map on our phones. The room was really clean with a fridge, microwave and a nice shower. Breakfast was good, there was something for everyone.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast woman does a GREAT job keeping everything full and very clean. It is always nice when you deal with someone who really seems to enjoy her job. Places to eat are very close by. I liked all the exercise equipment.

The towels are a little small( and I am a small person. Lodging in the area is rather expensive in general. I am not a fan of the $150 deposit - but will assume it is already off my credit card. There is no designated area to park while checking in, that can be a bit inconvenient if there are no open spots nearby.

The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and helpful. He knew I was staying by myself after the big concert in town so gave me the choice of room location. He put me on the far end away from high traffic areas for some peace and quiet. The room was spacious, room temp was perfect when I walked in. Bathroom itself was small and the fixtures all over were moderately outdated. Everything seemed clean though. Location-wise, it was right off the highway with lots of stores and food options close by. Also only a 10-ish minute drive to concert venues and downtown.

The facility itself was just a bit outdated. A few of the outlets didn’t work.
