I have been staying there off and on for the last 2 months. 4-8 days at a time. They don't bother you. I bring my own everything so they don't need to do anything. Quite, comfortable and public transportation right outside their door which made it easy for me to come and go back and forth to work safely. I like the fact that they are upgrading some of the rooms. Most of the staff are very pleasant.

This particular trip Every time I went out I could not get back in my room. I had to keep going down to get my cards activated again. One time she had to come up with the key to open the door to my room. Finally after 5 times of this happening they changed my room. The chairs in this room were dirty. The need to shampoo them. I also think the gentleman that works there after 3pm can use some customer service tips. He can be very rude. Can never get an answer when I ask about how their extended stay works. Or if they have an extended stay plan. The toilets are very low. The free breakfast could be better. Overall thankful.

Internet (Wifi) was working. This room had a better quality Television. This room was located near the lobby. Overall, it was a much better stay than the previous room.

Poor Desk Clerk Service. Rude employees. Breakfast attendants act strange and just stare. They seem agitated that you are there. Very unwelcoming. There was male employee behind the desk, leaned back in his chair, with his head back, sleep. Guest are walking pass and the desk clerk is in a deep sleep. The front desk clerks seem to be only interested in an ID and a form of payment. They find it difficult answering any other questions regarding the stay.

I stayed in this very same room before and it was much cleaner this time, there were no roaches crawling around when I turned the light on, the put a plate in the microwave which was excellent because before the plate was missing. The breakfast food is always nice and fresh coffee is available.

There were no ashtrays for a smoking room and they always have ashtrays and when I went to the front desk to ask for one, the young man asked another woman about it and he said to use the lid to the coffee cup which is made out of plastic and could be dangerous. I end up using some foil I had a sandwich wrapped in and a cup of water to put it out. The fridge could have been colder, before when I was there it actually was and there was a broken shelf piece inside and I didn’t know where it belonged so I left it alone. The still is no Wi-Fi connection even though it says quality inn to connect you cannot connect from your room and that’s a very big problem I think you have to be in the dining area to connect so I had to connect using my own phone which will run up my bill.

I enjoyed the location. The nearby shops and restaurants. We really liked the Belgian Waffles, Coffee, and Juice, during breakfast. The fact that it was non-smoking was a major plus!

No Internet Service(Wifi). I was shocked to learn that the Quality Inn did not have working Internet Service (Wifi). We were unable to use the Internet Service(Wifi) the entire stay. We were given at 1-800 number to call at the front desk. After a phone call to the 1-800 number provided, there was still no Internet Service(Wifi). Staff was unable to answer many of our questions with clear answers.

I chose this hotel because it is convenient and reasonably affordable for when I come to town to visit my sick son. They are very accommodating because I chose the wrong room on the app and they fixed it for me. The rooms are getting better the more I come back to stay.

I didn’t like the adjoining room it made me very nervous and the guest that checked in the second night I was there were very loud and kept going in and out screaming in the parking lot. Also there were numerous hairs in the shower and on the sick it could have been cleaner.

I like the fact that there are a lot of nearby shops and food places to choose from. Many of these places were all in walking distance. Awesome!

Even though the breakfast is very limited, the lobby attendant is not very helpful. She acts as if she doesn't want to be there. You bring to her attention that some items are running out and she just walks away from you. Basically, ignoring Hotel Guest. This is unacceptable.

There were more smiles at the front desk. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, easily answering all my questions and making me feel completely at ease. It truly made for a more pleasant and memorable stay.

The fridge stopped working in the room. Front desk was polite and able to remedy the situation quickly with no hassle. Thank You!

I have been back and forth here since the end of November so I have written a few reviews. this trip has been extended to 2/17/25. Overall I have been treated very well. when there has been a few minor issues, they were taken care of when needed. The young lady that takes care of Breakfast has been excellent. always available to serve you. I have felt very safe here and will continue to come back when I need to. thank you

Location was close to where I needed to go. Room was quiet. Housekeeping did not bother us while we were there.

TV did not work. Reported it. No one came to fix it. Phone in room didn't work. Smoke detector didn't blink to let you know if it was working or not. JBed was a little firm for me. Bathroom was small to me. Toilet was very low. Tub was very high. One grab bar at the front of the shower. Room smelled like smoke when we arrived.
