Friendly staff, big room, room service

The circuitous way we had to load/unload, get from garage entrance around the block,upstairs/downstairs and in elevators from our car to our room. No place to let our dog relieve himself except to cross a busy road to a grassy area

The Sheraton in Downtown Duluth was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They provided great assistance for my birthday trip - even giving us a room with an incredible view of Lake Superior. The hotel itself was clean, was within walking distance of SO much, and was comfortable for our weekend away.

Staff were super friendly, and professional. Room was clean and shower was outstanding.

Parking! We were traveling with my 84 year old mother. The distance to the parking garage was too far to haul luggage. Need to park by hotel door and unload first. Route to sky bridge parking garage is too far away to be convenient.

The street construction made it difficult to get to the parking lot but that will eventually improve.

The room and view of Lake Superior were great! The location was easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Parking was hard to find. They do have a public spot for free in the back of the hotel. We had to call and get directions.

Connected Parking Ramp. Location to brewery, theater, coffee shops, bakery. Felt safe even at night. Staff friendly.

No issues

Super loud girls running up and down the hallways and slamming doors all Friday night. Saturday was much quieter.

Sound proofing so everyone who passed our room could have a privat conversation. We heard it all.

The room was amazing and the staff were so kind and sweet and friendly. Went for our anniversary and would definitely come back again!
