The Sheraton in Downtown Duluth was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They provided great assistance for my birthday trip - even giving us a room with an incredible view of Lake Superior. The hotel itself was clean, was within walking distance of SO much, and was comfortable for our weekend away.

Staff were super friendly, and professional. Room was clean and shower was outstanding.

Parking! We were traveling with my 84 year old mother. The distance to the parking garage was too far to haul luggage. Need to park by hotel door and unload first. Route to sky bridge parking garage is too far away to be convenient.

The room and view of Lake Superior were great! The location was easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Parking was hard to find. They do have a public spot for free in the back of the hotel. We had to call and get directions.

Very accessible to the hospital via the skywalk The staff was wonderful!

The street construction made it difficult to get to the parking lot but that will eventually improve.

Super loud girls running up and down the hallways and slamming doors all Friday night. Saturday was much quieter.

Connected Parking Ramp. Location to brewery, theater, coffee shops, bakery. Felt safe even at night. Staff friendly.

No issues

The staff on my second night were warm and friendly and very welcoming, as were the ladies that completed my checkout. The room was very nice and comfortable and I absolutely loved the shower 😊.

My first experience with the front desk staff was less than stellar to start off with. The lady was extremely cold and uninviting wouldn’t talk to me or make eye contact with me as I stood at the counter waiting to be helped.

Sound proofing so everyone who passed our room could have a privat conversation. We heard it all.

Our stay was good only complaint is the price of room. When I made reservations I told them I was having surgery and they never offered the rate for hospital stay I made reservations on 800 number. When I checked in she told me that they have a special rate for Hosp however she could not give me that price because I prepaid for room that price was half the price I paid would be nice if I could get that refunded to me
