The room was clean. It had a nice desk, but the office chair was less than ideal.

There was a dearth of electrical outlets and towel bars. The LED light surrounding the mirror was absolutely blinding, and there was no way to turn it off and still have sufficient light in the room. There was a small LED night light built into the electrical outlet, but that hardly gave enough light to go to the bathroom at night. The mattresses weren't the greatest, and the bedding was minimal. We had to set the thermostat to 70 at night so we wouldn't freeze.

The first night we were in room 102 right next to the workout room which is open 24/7. There were 2 guys in there that were very loud and disruptive well past 11 pm.. We went to the front desk and requested a room change but there were no other rooms. They got the guys to quiet down and changed our room the next day. After that everything was fine. If they have a workout room open all the time there should not be a room next to it with guests.

Clean room, decently comfortable, top floor room.

Paid $250.00 for one room for one night. I believe this is overpriced. In hindsight, I wish I had picked another hotel at a cheaper price. Despite booking a room over a holiday weekend, I still don't believe the price is fitting for the quality of breakfast or the location of the hotel.

Great location near Canal Park, clean, delicious breakfast with lots of options that went til ten am, keurig in room, plenty of outlets for charging, and comfortable seating in room.

Breakfast was pretty good, bed very comfortable, window shades exceptional.

A little bit odd location but we've been to Superior before so we made it work to our needs. Room not as clean as I would have liked, someone left bars of soap in bathroom and trash by the microwave.

the price was alot more than we normally pay. some others said their stay was $200 less than ours. we stayed 2 days (thursday thru saturday) and they also stayed 2 days (friday thru sunday)

It wasn't bad but the elevators were filthy they hadn't been vacuumed for a very long time.... But I'm sure every hotel is short staffed.. No room cleaning until you check out ..our garbage was overflowing... Other people were setting it outside their door and it was never picked up... But over all it was OK... My sister and husband had stayed there so that's why we did....

There was no chance to even have your room cleaned if you wanted something you had to ask at the desk people have their garbage sitting outside their door for days... And wasn't picked up the elevator was filthy it hadn't been vacuumed for a long time.... Breakfast was appreciated and it was OK but the pancake machine was broke and ice machine was broke on the 2nd floor where we stayed....

The staff at the hotel worked hard to find our booking.com reservation, and even gave us a better rate because of how screwed up booking.com was and how long we had to wait to get things sorted out. We really appreciated this, but we also have serious concerns about using booking.com in the future.

It was easily accessible. Staff was accommodating especially for it being grandmas weekend

Only complaint is the jets on the hot tub were off and temp could have been adjusted

Location of the facility was for my family, central to what we were doing. Breakfast was ok would like to have had waffles but still a good breakfast every morning.

Nothing for my family.
