The room was clean. It had a nice desk, but the office chair was less than ideal.

There was a dearth of electrical outlets and towel bars. The LED light surrounding the mirror was absolutely blinding, and there was no way to turn it off and still have sufficient light in the room. There was a small LED night light built into the electrical outlet, but that hardly gave enough light to go to the bathroom at night. The mattresses weren't the greatest, and the bedding was minimal. We had to set the thermostat to 70 at night so we wouldn't freeze.

The first night we were in room 102 right next to the workout room which is open 24/7. There were 2 guys in there that were very loud and disruptive well past 11 pm.. We went to the front desk and requested a room change but there were no other rooms. They got the guys to quiet down and changed our room the next day. After that everything was fine. If they have a workout room open all the time there should not be a room next to it with guests.

It wasn't bad but the elevators were filthy they hadn't been vacuumed for a very long time.... But I'm sure every hotel is short staffed.. No room cleaning until you check out ..our garbage was overflowing... Other people were setting it outside their door and it was never picked up... But over all it was OK... My sister and husband had stayed there so that's why we did....

There was no chance to even have your room cleaned if you wanted something you had to ask at the desk people have their garbage sitting outside their door for days... And wasn't picked up the elevator was filthy it hadn't been vacuumed for a long time.... Breakfast was appreciated and it was OK but the pancake machine was broke and ice machine was broke on the 2nd floor where we stayed....

The staff at the hotel worked hard to find our booking.com reservation, and even gave us a better rate because of how screwed up booking.com was and how long we had to wait to get things sorted out. We really appreciated this, but we also have serious concerns about using booking.com in the future.

Breakfast was pretty good, bed very comfortable, window shades exceptional.

A little bit odd location but we've been to Superior before so we made it work to our needs. Room not as clean as I would have liked, someone left bars of soap in bathroom and trash by the microwave.

Breakfast and Location very good. We went there for the main reason of having access to a Hot Tub. We got there and the Hot Tub that we came there for was out of order. Why didn't they tell us that before we went there. We suffer with body pain alot and Hot Tubs help us. 🤬

Breakfast was very well stocked with a great variety of foods and beverages, all fresh and very clean facilities. Room was clean and linens and beds were super comfy! Staff were very polite and helpful.

No cinnamon rolls on 2 of the 3 mornings. Had to ask for clean towels as no one cleaned our room even with a 3 night stay/ No one explained we had to ask to have that done. Hot tub jets were wonky! one of the kids staying for soccer touney got bloody nose and bled all over the pool area and the pool area bathroom did not clean up when was told about it. Did not enforce quiet hours. charged 30.00 more than was quoted.

The staff was friendly, room was clean and the bed great! The hot tub and pool are very nice.0

The lack of soundproofing in the floors and ceilings is a problem! The noise from the room above was annoying early, but at midnight made for a bad night's sleep.

Location was fairly close to where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good.

We understand the facillity is under renovation, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. We only dissappointed with 1 thing and that was the hot tub didn't work, but that is a minor concern.
