It was an easy location to access. It was close to Lake Superior. We were in Duluth MN area for the Grandma’s Marathon. The staff at the Hampton put out wonderful welcome for runners and their families including decorations, snacks and Marathon Day kits with necessities for runners. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a lot to offer and the staff were very courteous and helpful!

I really can’t think of anything. The bathroom door didn’t really stay closed but that’s probably an easy fix. It wasn’t a big deal to us.

I loved the location of our room because my husband has a hard time walking. They gave us handicap room (which I did not request) on the 2nd floor right outside the elevator.. that was so helpful

our tv did not work, we had the manager come up and it took about 30 min to get it to stay on, then we were suppose to get really close to change the channel, half the time the tv would not work again.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. The breakfast was consistently good every morning. The lounge area was very welcoming and provided a nice space for the other guests in my party to hang out between events. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The blackout curtains were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was comfortable and it was close to a great walking path along the water.

It didn't have a mini-fridge! We are traveling with our dog, using canned dog food and have been putting the unused half-can in fridges...had to improvise with the ice bucket. However, I also have eye drops which must stay cool and that was a little more difficult to deal with.

Breakfast was good. Various options. Staff were nice. Pool was nice. Bed was average to good. Room was mostly clean.

I thought the room I selected on-line had more than actual. But I didn't remember exactly what I had selected.

Breakfast was very good for a freebie at a hotel. It was a nice quiet environment at night.

The only annoying thing was the remote for the television didn't let you enter directly the channel number. Instead, the user had to go through a long list before they found what they wanted. Oh well, not that big of a deal really.

Breakfast was above average, with fresh cut fruit, oatmeal, and scones; in addition to the usual waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bagels, etc. Super clean room with very comfortable bed. Pet friendly, lots of dogs going in and out.

The bed was so comfortable and the room had HBO, which I like.

I would have liked a bathtub or a hot tub or whirlpool. I had severe pain and those are the things that make me feel better. I never read When I was booking that you had any of those so it's on me.

Bed was comfy. Employees were very gracious.

Definitely not enough sound barrier between rooms. We were on the first floor, and upstairs people sounded like a herd of elephants.

Fire alarm going off in the evening and going to the lobby half-dressed. Also, had hoped you had a hot tub. Heated pool was not very warm (but we did go later in the evening).
