The staff was so pleasant to deal with. Susan was professional & accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were in my name (already paid for) but we couldn't make it in time for check in with my other family members. I needed to have my sister in law check in for us & Susan walked me through the process of how to make it happen. We had 5 rooms & also needed to have 4 of those rooms connected (2 & 2). She made no promises but said she would do her best to make it happen & she did. We were really appreciative of her making it happen.

The hotel could use some updates. The stay was fine & what we would expect from a 2 star hotel. The bathrooms were clean but some of the bathrooms showers were in need of repair.

I liked the close proximity to Michigan Adventure, as well as numerous restaurants. I also liked the indoor pool (although they said it was headred to 82 degrees it definitely felt cold) and the kids had a blast. Free breakfast in the morning was also nice and just what we needed before getting back on the road to head home. Staff members Jeri and George were the best!

The AC unit in one of my room's leaked a little so the carpet was wet, but staff was very responsive saying they would inform maintenance to fix it.

Easy access off the road. The place is taken care. New TVs!. I’m not sure if you get different channels in different rooms but that was a bummer since we spent all of our time in there. It’s my fifth time staying there and I enjoy it. All of the ladies are nice and very helpful. I will stay here for years to come with family. I’m very thankful for them.

Just limited channels, it’s football season and it’s all I want to watch! But that’s just a small thing to complain about.

Breakfast was very good. Better than many restaurants in the area. Room clean and comfortable bed! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Close to all amenities of both towns, gas stations, pharmacies, stores.

Light in the room though it seems is the same in many hotels Safe was locked but I reported issue and then it was opened. However unable to use because it kept on giving an error. Decided not to use it, didn't need it after all.

breakfast selections were good. Could have had more fruit options. Food, paper and plastic ware were kept well stocked. Staff maintaining breakfast area were efficient, friendly and happy to fill a special request. Registration n check out were efficient. Each staff person encountered was frienndly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were quiet even though the property was very busy with adults and children during a holiday week.

We ended up checking in much later than we had anticipated, but the night staff was still very friendly and efficient at checking us in. They ensured our two rooms (6 people total) were adjoining. We didn't end up taking advantage of the provided breakfast but it was available for a good amount of time (still going at 10 am) and it smelled good when we walked by.

The hotel was clean as well as the room. Very close to a Walmart Close to attractions that are only a few miles away such as State and amusement parks.

The bathroom didn’t have a fan and if anyone goes number 2 then good luck! The location could’ve been better but it shouldn’t matter if you’re not gonna stay at the hotel all day. The price of the hotel room should’ve been lower considering the location with no views

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Rooms were mostly clean. Some enjoyed the pool.

The shower door did not hold. There might have been mold around the floor of the shower. I didn't realize we had to ASK to have our room cleaned between days of our stay. We had to get more towels from the desk.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet especially for a weekend.

The breakfast wasn't the best. Also adding a few items for those with food allergies would be nice. Even some more fruit options and prepakaged granola bars top allergen free.

Breakfast was good, typical Continental with a waffle maker. The staff was excellent though, made you feel like you were home. The hotel was very full with a lot of families, but they took the time to make a great connection to you.

Would have liked a tub instead of just a shower, but the room we stayed in was great and more than made up for it
