It was perfect for 1 night after flying all day. It looks a bit sketchy outside and a little dilapidated, but don't let that deter you! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable! All the staff are really nice and accommodating. Is it updated? No. Is it fancy? No, but the bedding, floor, and bathroom were all lovely and clean. Is there an elevator? Also no (which surprised us)! Is there a pool? No. In-room coffee? No. But the free coffee in the lobby is excellent!

Be aware, there is no elevator!

I didn't have a reservation and found a room at the arrival, which was a very good new. It was quiet in the evening and during the night even with the number of rooms of the place. I found all that I needed.

When I arrived I payed with a credit card that the employee took and put herself in the machine and gave back to me. I didn't realise on the moment that I didn't receive a receit for the payment. I was living a difficult moment with the death of a sister. The morning after, when I chek in my account I saw a bigger amount has been taken from it. I went at the desk. The person looked my rerservation and told me it was because I payed with a canadian card, which I didn't think about. This person has been great in the way she managed the situation after I told her about how I was feeling after my sister's death. She has been very empathic and made me feel good.

The room was well equipped and parking was great. We asked for a main floor room as my mother is a senior and has troubles with stairs. We were able to get a room that was perfect.

Parts of the room and hotel are very dated. The lobby is very dated. There is the small breakfast area just off the lobby area. I had to clean the table tops myself both days before eating breakfast. The food area could have been cleaner as well. We had breakfast there on Saturday morning and had a decent selection. On Sunday however, it was just leftovers from the day before. No staff were cleaning the food area and we had to ask for some utensils when there were none left.

The bed was excellent which is most important to us. Kalispell has very expensive hotel rates, but this hotel was considerably cheaper.

We couldn't hear the TV even when the volume was at 100%. We had to read the subtitles to know what was being said. Also, I am 5' tall and the toilet seemed to be made for a child. It was too low for me, but my 6'3" husband especially did not like it. Since we were there for a surgery across the street at the hospital we found out from a nurse at pre-op that we could have had a further discount because of that, but we didn't know that because we were not asked if this was a medical stayover.

The room was clean and refreshing. The front desk clerk was courteous and knowledgeable. Glacier Nat'l Park was only a 45 minute drive; Lost Pines was 15 minutes; and near several local breweries - I went to Spirit Water Brewery which was near my final destination, the airport. The continental breakfast had a nice array of foods to choose - I had the waffles and yogurt.

Check in was easy. The night auditor checked my ID and handed me a key. Pillows and bed were clean and comfy enough. Lovely little continental breakfast setup.

The bathroom was a little grimy. This is an observation not a complaint. Bang for your buck is there, I'd stay again.

Great location for access to Kalispell, Whitefish, Big Fork and Glacier National Park.Easy to find. View over hills from the first floor was nice and it wasn't too loud despite being located on at the intersection.

Overall, good value for money. Location in Kalispell which is convenient for exploring stunning Glacier National Park. Room was clean, sizeable and comfortable. Friendly and nice Staff. I appreciated also that breakfest was included in room price.

Couldn't have been better! The staff was very friendly. They gave us information about the park, let us check it early, check out late and even borrow us a bear spray!!! The room was big and quiet. Clean and confortable. Very good breakfast with pancakes, yogurt, eggs, cereals, energy bars, bread, etc I'd totally recommend it

Loved the moveable showerhead, which is nicer to handle. Everything was there what you need

Breakfast was the usual reduced offer : coffee, juice, milk, wafflemaker, toast, donuts, butter, cream cheese but some jam/jelly in addition would have been nice
