Beds were comfy, smoking room available, clean room, elevator, inside and outside rooms as well as adjoining, wifi code strict security, indoor pool with jacuzzi

The square pillows were the size for couches, towels were small, bad toiletry options, freezing bathroom with the door closed, my room was smoking and adjoining room was not- defeats the purpose for both parties in each room, asked for a downstairs fir my disabled daughter- was given a third floor room outside, light bulbs were out in Lamps, phone unplugged from receiver not wall- a little different, hooked my phone to wifi- woke in the am needing to redo the security, electrical plug didn't work, poor channel choices on TV

The room was comfortable and well equipped, it felt as if the room had been recently refurbished.

A charge of three dollars ninety was placed on my credit card (used for securities and incidentals) without my knowledge. When questioned with the front desk they had no knowledge and my card provider viewed it as fraud and blocked my card. The next day they did know and told me it was a service charge. Would be good to inform customers of charges to prevent unwanted reactions

Convenient return to I40. Security in parking area. Clean rooms and comfortable sleep. Close to numerous food options.

Dated bath. Discolored tub with no anti slip or safety bars. In room coffee supplies were missing the little sugar/creamer/stirrer. Slight oversight. Everything was unplugged for some reason. I noticed security for lobby entrances had been bypassed by wedges blocking the complete closure of doors. Why have scan cards if they are bypassed? Remove them or use them?

I always put in the special instructions, I am traveling with my small dog. I don't always request a first floor room because when I do, I seldom get one. Thank you for putting me on the first floor. I'm getting old and my dog is getting old. Going up and down stairs would have been quite the pain. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep after a long day of driving. Great location with gas and fast food restaurants close by.

The area is populated with nice hotels in what appears to be a relatively new neighborhood. It is also populated with a high number of homeless individuals. This said, the property is well maintained and seems reasonably secure.

Location was a little sketchy with the amount of homeless people sleeping, wandering and/or loitering the street where the hotel is located.

I went to check out at approx 230am and no staff was present and the doors were locked, no one answered the phone, no one responded to me knocking and ringing the bell. A homeless man happened to be walking by and was checking the trash can and told me it was shift change. I tried calling several times while on the road. Appox 400am I finally reached someone, they checked me out and when I asked if there was any further on my part, she just hung up, no response at all, just hung up.

I've stayed a few times and love how close it is to everything. The rooms are nice. Convenient.

This time the non-smoking room smelled like someone smoked and they used a spray to mask it. With the door open the smell calmed down. A couple of the light plugs wouldn't stay in the outlet.

Breakfast served at 6:30am, needed to be on the road by 6:00am The main light switch turned off the microwave and mini fridge.

Proximity to the highway, hashbrowns for breakfast, bath (we do not like shower cabin), clean room, pool and hot tub, hotel looks cozy, lots of booklets about local sightseeing.

The front desk staff was not friendly/ welcoming. They helped. They did their job. Both of front desk were too busy to share their smiles and hopitable attitude. Hot tub was murky. Location next to highway is a bit noisy (we were okay). Windows cannot be open, we slept with door open secured with a chain, as we needed fresh air.
