I love everything about this hotel. Have stayed several times.

When I went to check in, the system was down. I returned at a later time and my special request could not be honored. If I was able to check in when I arrived the first time, it would have been honored. The last night of my stay, there was a crying baby in the next room that kept me up half the night. Those were the only dislikes for this stay.

From the time of check in to check out, I had a wonderful experience. Clean room and the most friendly staff I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. I had a visitor in the morning and the front desk stopped him and called my room to make sure he was allowed to come up. Wonderful service, thank you.

The room was so clean! I travel a lot for work and to visit family so it's important to me to find a comfy and clean hotel to stay in. This place was perfect! The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I travel back to NC for Christmas.

The only thing I didnt like was that I couldnt stay longer. Unfortunately I had to go back home and back to work.

The reception at the front desk was awesome at checking. The room was really clean and comfortable Ended up staying a second night.

I had a great stay. The only thing was, I got a handicap room. It wasn't practical for me. But I made it work.

The bed and linens were SUPER comfortable! Breakfast was hot & ready each morning. Proximity to the interstate.

Guests a few doors down yelling, fighting with each other every day/night.

The front desk staff was great! Ms. Michelle was very helpful, professional, and nice! More hotels should have people like her.

Well someone was smoking weed on our floor. Very disrespectful.

Very noisy both within the building and obviously from outside as it's on a service road alongside I-85.

The breakfast itself was awesome. We got in the 10 minutes before closing. The kitchen staff lady was irritated. She bumped into me twice. I guess she was upset that we came at her clean up time

Had an issue with reservation getting auto-cancelled at 0500 when I tried to check-in at 0515 despite calling several times warning them I would be checking in VERY late. Management fixed the issue, but caused a little delay/frustration. Otherwise, everything was great.
