I love everything about this hotel. Have stayed several times.

When I went to check in, the system was down. I returned at a later time and my special request could not be honored. If I was able to check in when I arrived the first time, it would have been honored. The last night of my stay, there was a crying baby in the next room that kept me up half the night. Those were the only dislikes for this stay.

From the time of check in to check out, I had a wonderful experience. Clean room and the most friendly staff I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. I had a visitor in the morning and the front desk stopped him and called my room to make sure he was allowed to come up. Wonderful service, thank you.

The room was so clean! I travel a lot for work and to visit family so it's important to me to find a comfy and clean hotel to stay in. This place was perfect! The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I travel back to NC for Christmas.

The only thing I didnt like was that I couldnt stay longer. Unfortunately I had to go back home and back to work.

I needed a late check in due to my arrival time and they were very accommodating. The person at the front desk was really nice and friendly.

I had to pay $150 deposit that will be refunded later. I don't understand the purpose of this.

The reception at the front desk was awesome at checking. The room was really clean and comfortable Ended up staying a second night.

I had a great stay. The only thing was, I got a handicap room. It wasn't practical for me. But I made it work.

The only thing that I was disappointed by was the fact that the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were both empty.

The bed and linens were SUPER comfortable! Breakfast was hot & ready each morning. Proximity to the interstate.

Guests a few doors down yelling, fighting with each other every day/night.

The front desk staff was great! Ms. Michelle was very helpful, professional, and nice! More hotels should have people like her.

Well someone was smoking weed on our floor. Very disrespectful.

Amanda, the night manager, was so kind and attentive. Set us up quick on arrival even though we arrived after 9pm. The place was very clean, the sheets were comfortable

Great location safe near stores and fast food.
