Front desk staff as well as housekeeping staff were all amazing. Night shift worker greeted and took care of me with so much care. He was very nice and wanting to make sure my stay was exceptional. Morning staff was amazing as well and very friendly to all. My children had a great time. They enjoyed the pool, the bed , the streaming options on the tv and of course the wifi lol. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The pull out sofa also had cushion and my children were able to get a good nights rest. We will definitely be staying here again.

The distance we had to walk to get to the elevator lol no biggie

I booked 2 rooms and called a couple weeks before arrival to ask to have the rooms be together. They made a note of it in t heir system and we're able to provide us with what we asked for even though we checked in a little later ok n a busy weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like. They had everything we needed and more.

I like the fact that it was a nice clean room. Everything worked in the room. The patio was relaxing and the smart TV provided us with good entertainment (youtube).

Some of the elevators were temporarily out of order and we had to walk out the way to an elevator which made our trip back and forth to the room a lot more time-consuming.

The security was extremely excellent, both guys do not have there names. The beds clean and neat.

They put charges on my account, im looking into the transactions with my bank. I don't appreciate people taking from my account without my authorization. No Continental breakfast, could have had fruit and veggies to snack on

Clean, great location, restaurants, convenient store/gas stations very close by, plenty of free parking

The pantry shop in the hotel was poorly stocked. I recommend them having items like playing cards available for sale or use in the lobby.

The staff was incredible. i called ahead of time to explain my situation and the manager text me and made sure our room was ready when I got there. The staff was fantastic with my special needs child.

Location was fine. The only exception was the line of mold in the shower. It was surprising to see this. Room 418. Hotel staff was very professional when dealing with evening and morning crew.

Getting connected to the internet isn’t as straightforward as it should be. They engineer it so you feel you have to join their Rewards system.

Bad. The eggs were cold and the bacon could have been done more.
