What a great place! We used the hot tub and stayed in the room until the final moment we had to leave and how generous to give us an 11 o’clock check out time. Unfortunately we didn’t eat breakfast as we were too busy talking in our room but apparently it’s rated quite delicious and it was a FULL breakfast. Sorry we didn’t venture downstairs for that. The beds were very comfy!

Maybe some half n half for the coffee in the room?

This hotel on the edge of Sisters was in a great location and offered a large, comfortable room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay even though the property is a bit dark and tired - but maybe that's the Ponderosa theme? Clean, easy parking, good front desk staff, excellent fresh breakfast with cheerful host - this hotel had everything we needed on our long road trip across the USA - all this ... and alpacas!

The room rate was a bit steep but it was leading up to the Memorial Day weekend.

The hotel was central to Sisters and had delicious breakfast options. They included GF toast and oatmeal as a nice surprise. The best two options were being able to go to the hot tub outside while covered but in the snow. The second best option was being able to view the alpacas! (We even got to see deer at the breakfast window!)

Loved the alpacas! The room was comfy and so spacious—really felt like a nice getaway for my partner and I. Bath tub was awesome, the fireplace made it super cozy and it just felt like we were miles away from Our worries!

Needs better pillows on the bed.

This was booked for my mother the day of my wedding. The ceremony was at 4pm and they were able to get her checked into her room early so she had time to prepare for the service at 4pm. The staff were very kind to her, and told her about local animals. She said that breakfast was wonderful. 🤗

The room was very spacious for a motel. It had vaulted ceilings which made the room even more spacious! The staff were about the most friendly and helpful we have ever encountered!

There was nothing about the property to find any displeasure in!!

Everything, was Amazing. Every morning we had a great breakfast, family enjoyed the pool and sauna. The llamas were an extra added bonus. Coming and going was simple, day and day out as we had many activities planned and completed. The hotel made everything simple and easy throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Best Western.

Great front desk person named Neil. He let us check in early which was very helpful as we were on a motorcycle and wanted to ditch our gear to walk around.

Could use some updates but not bothersome

What a fantastic place to stay. We were there for New Years and had a great time walking to the downtown area restaurants. The Alpaca's were a joy to watch in the snow. We will definitely be back

The location was terrific; the alpacas adorable! Very nice staff. Breakfast was nice.

The room was a bit dark, dated, and lacked a kitchenette. For the price, I was a little disappointed. But maybe I am not aware of the going rate nowadays, with inflation. The staff was very friendly.
