Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast! This hotel has one of the best selections of foods for breakfast I have ever seen! The literally too many options to try everything. Lots of hot selections that most hotels don’t even have, including truly awesome grits. The heated indoor pool was a lot of fun and the hot tub was a nice temperature but sadly without jets. Looks like it would make a very nice conference hotel as they seem to have those kind of spaces available.

Old motel-style rooms were just OK. There are indoor access rooms that I believe are much nicer, but none of those were “available”, even though it was obvious the hotel was not full.

The room was clean, bed comfortable.

Made me give them another credit card for deposit on room. Lady told me I could get a receipt at checkout showing reversal of deposit. I asked for my receipt showing reversal and a different lady told me she could not print A receipt for me. Just reassured me the 50.00 deposit would be credited back to my credit card. Also no trolley to haul luggage and no elevator.

Full country breakfast. All of the ladies who prepared the breakfast did a wonderful job! The food was great. And, they were very friendly.

Only had one roll of tissue in our room. It was three of us girls! So, we ran out of bath tissue on our last day. We used Kleenex those last hours; no need to bother front desk! Also, the trash can was tiny. So, it filled quickly. We used a paper bag for our trash the last day. And, needed an extra blanket in our room. The spread/comforter was quite thin!

Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was wonderful. We enjoyed the indoor pool/spa. And the breakfast buffet was very good.

The tub/shower left a lot to be desired. It is very slippery and dangerous. My husband slipped but caught himself; but our grandson fell on his bum.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. And have always enjoyed myself. However, the old staff have left due to new owners. The quality has dropped off a little. I was informed the hot tub will not be available ever again. I was disappointed to hear about it. Considering I am always sore and tired each afternoon after work. And really enjoyed it.

I like how all the staff were respectful and helpful when I needed it

I don't like that you can't rent a room for a couple hours instead of 24 I think if you guys gave the option to just stay like a half a day you'd make a little bit more money and on that note me and my father didn't need full days half to couple hours

the staff was top rate. The person that checked me in was incredibly inviting and accommodating. The individual that monitored the pool area for wristbands did a fantastic job of being sure that the rules were being followed and unforced. and lastly, the 2 people that served the breakfast to our wild and crazy crew at 7AM were amazing and made waking up early to go to the ballpark so much more pleasant. Those individuals made our stay much better than expected for a hot and rainy weekend.

The property/building could use a little TLC.

The room (suite) was just as described. The breakfast area was clean, well kept. Breakfast food was really tasty, hit, fresh. Kept well stocked. Pool was very well kept. Hallways were clean, fresh smelling, and cool. Our room was clean, well stocked with towels, soap, etc.

Nothing.

We were very comfortable, the room was clean and it was nice and quiet. We will recommend this Inn and Suite to my family and friends. I will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

What we didn’t like is not knowing about the inside rooms where the pool is located.

The breakfast is good, I think the attendants for that area need to pay a little more attention to the coffee and areas to stay stocked with the different breakfast items. But when I brought it to their attention they got right on it! I thought that was nice.
