I stayed 11 nights. Friendly assistive staff. Nice clean room. Not noisy any time of day. Food was good. Bartenders & servers were attentive. Saw how staff interacted with other guests, in the same profession, friendly manner.

I chose to stay at this location because I lived in a high rise next door, and had moved away 6 years ago. I was in Dallas, TX to officiate the funeral of my partner of 13 years. So I have nothing I can think of that went wrong or needed to be addressed and or corrected.

Very good location great parking...

One Small roach... in the bath room on the bath matt .. Seen another roach, crawling on the outer door... Never did get any towels... Only had two large bath towels and two small hand towels.. Told the girl at the front desk several times that I needed fresh towels... She came and cleaned the room, but she didn't leave enough towels.. Maybe they were running low on Wash cloths.. ?? But I was there 3 nights.

We were visiting the Dallas from the UK. We ate an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and both were excellent. The food was delicious and the staff engaging and helpful. The following day we had to get to Love field airport for a flight and Kiki on reception very kindly arranged a taxi, however despite her making follow up calls the taxi did not arrive. With the time for our flight approaching, Kiki took OUR problem and made it HER problem, displaying outstanding customer service. When her repeated calls to the taxi firm failed to solve the issue, she sought out a member of staff at the hotel to drive us to the airport. We arrived in time for our flight. We cannot thank Kiki enough, she is a credit to the hotel, to Dallas and to the US. Thank you again.

In order to make life easier for the reception staff, who are excellent, please make the refreshments shop self service. Too much of their valuable time is wasted by having to be 'shopkeepers' for minor purchases.

Good parking. Comfortable bed and clean room. Fridge. Generally quiet although some drunk knocked loudly at a nearby room at 2:00 am but that can and will happen anywhere. Gym and pool seemed nice (although some lady had her dog on a float which I'm assuming staff didn't know). When we got there it seemed like a party hotel with a million young adults everywhere but the front desk lady seemed annoyed by it and after changing and coming back down there was a security guard and no young people so I'm assuming they weren't guests and were cleared out.

TV was smaller and the elevator stopped a lot on the way down but that happens in all vertical hotels.

Very nice and clean Hotel with comfortable beds. Breakfast is good drinks and coffee are served. Waiters are very kind and helpful. If you prebook your breakfast you get a nice discount. Beds are very comfortable. We wanted a quiet room at upper level. I forgot to let the hotel know my wish but they solved it the receptionists were really helpful and patient. I definitely recommend this hotel.

There is no minibar but instead they are offering drinks and snacks in a small self service shop behind the reception. More variety of drinks would be better.

Staff very helpful especially German. Great location!!!!

People take their dogs at the hotel. I love dogs !!! but they leave the dogs alone and they do not stop barking. We complain at the front desk, and they change our room immediately which we appreciate but the down grade our room was small than the other one, no towels, the view was the air-condition unit.

The people were Amazing it was dirty inside and outside broken glass beer cans and bottles trash was over flowing the rugs and wall were just Nasty and dirty One bath towel Very Very out dated and dirty..The people were Amazing the restaurant was a 100 Alfonso in the Restaurant made our Stay PERFECT! But the hotel was dirty dirty

Dirty garbage nasty out dated small OLD TV..and the TV controller was nasty dirty and hard to use JUST OLD

Good location nice building

No parking except paid parking.. that will keep me from returning! You are a high end hotel with a large parking lot, it's is in bad taste that you feel it necessary to nickel and dime your patrons for amenities that should come at this price point..

Lovely room, very quiet, spacious and pleasant. Bar was good, breakfast was average.

We booked the hotel to be near both airports so I imagine not a location for you if you wanted to be in the centre of Dallas. There is a Crowne Plaze there too though For us though the location was perfect

I lost my phone on my flight to Atlanta. The staff made sure I was awake to make sure I made my next flight; they also called me a cab to get to the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Without them, I don't know what I would have done. They definitely went above and beyond. The man working that night was dealing with some unruly guests at the same time I needed assistance and he still had a smile on his face and handled himself perfectly.
