Staff friendly and helpful. Our first room was on thr ninth floor and must have been next to a generator room or transformer . Very loud buzzing sound and the ceiling seems very low. 2nd room was nice and quiet family fell asleep with ease.

Nothing, only I didn’t request a front facing room. I always love watching the July fourth fireworks, but had to drive to a site. Not a huge problem, no fault of the property.

The staff were so kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and in a perfect location

There was some building work going on which of course comes with some chaos, but I feel that the staff handled this as best they could, and the price reflected it. The rooms were dated and very worn

Convenient location! Close to all Dallas point of interest and a walk distance from the train station which connects with the entire city.

The room was spacious, generally clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to check in earlier which was great.

I was charged a 100 $ damage deposit even though we were staying just for 1 night and they already had my card authorization. The refund is not given at check out but days later. .

Great pillows. Looking forward to updated rooms. The TV remote was very difficult to use.

Reservation said breakfast was included but I was told my reservation did not include breakfast when I went to the restaurant for breakfast.

They were going thru a renovation so some of the facilities were not available and the WiFi kept dropping out.

The door to my room didn’t work properly we had to struggle so much just to get the door open.
