Staff was friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast spread was impressive as well.

It’s super picky but the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but on the bright side we just thought of it as a sound machine. That or we were too tired to care anymore.

Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, kept very clean, wide shower.

Breakfast service was very friendly but the food selection and quality was VERY poor... After the first day, I only went down for coffee and fruit bars, all else was pretty bad. The furniture looked a bit old / stained in the inside of drawers.

I had to pay additional fees for my dog. When purchasing the tickets it never mentioned additional fees for dogs. For future please add that.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods, well-stocked and clean. They offered a complimentary dinner snack, too. Needed to be punctual to get some, but it was tasty. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Close to downtown Round Rock - cute restaurants and bars.

A little too close to the freeway, so a bit of road noise.

Chef Mike cooked an awesome breakfast. The chorizo was as good or better than what I get at my local Mexican restaurant.

The building looks outdated and needs to be spruced up. Simple improvements would make the hotel look newer and comparable.

The hotel is clean, but looks very old and worn. It feels like you're going back in time.

Had to track down sheets for sofa bed. Dishes in washer not clean. Front desk phone rang busy all 3 ×s we tried.

Carpets drapes and furniture in room is old and frayed like many cats scratched them, has makeup stains on curtains room is dark and dingy walls

I think cleanliness could have a tad bit better there was cigarettes mark on some of the comforters
