Overall the property is well kept and was a bargain in terms of quality/cost. Everything in our room worked well including the cooling system, which often times I've found lacking in other hotels. The bed was very comfortable, except for the pillows. The bathroom was clean, well stocked and everything worked well. The location in Richardson, TX was outstanding, close to downtown Dallas but at a much more affordable price. Lots of good restaurant options close by. The reception staff were polite, professional and personable. I would definitely stay here on future trips.

I had 1 minor complaint. The pillows on the bed were low quality and uncomfortable. The bed and bed linens were excellent, but the pillows were not commensurate with the bed and linens. An upgraded pillow would greatly enhance the sleep experience.

Amazing staff. I'm only there twice a month but they remember me by name. That's just exceptional. Always great care and very fast to help. Check in takes no time at all. I've stayed at a lot of places, but never had such a quick check in, and that is a blessing. Had a great view of ornamental pears in now right at my window too. Enjoyed that tree-mendously (hah) until it got too dark.

There's nothing to put here. Well, maybe better smelling soaps. But I just bring my own anyway so no impact there and wouldn't even remotely change my stay choice.

Despite renovations going on, the lobby and our room were clean, we were also able to check in a few hours early.

I understand that this is a mid tier hotel and some things will be fixed during renovations, but the fitness center is super bare (treadmills and an elliptical machine), water fountains are weak, no water bottles in room, and only cable options on TV. Parking lot also seemed to have more non-guests vs guests in it.

Shower / Tub outdated. Tub slippery water diverted from faucet to showerhead needs improvement. . Biggest complaint. even though it is a non smoking hotel everywhere you go hallway on floors exterior of hotel the smell of POT aka skunk type smell it really defeats the non smoking facility environment. . Needs to be a designated smoking location or 50 to 100 distance from hotel entrances

Location okay no breakfast the place is under some sort of renovation. Ordered some food and it never arrived which was not good it SUCKED.

I didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t order simple things like pizza, hamburger, hotdogs, salad nothing not even a sandwich or drinks.

I like that they are doing improvements it shows they care and want to be the best. I love how clean the rooms were. The staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful I must come back when I am back in town to see the changes.

The water pressure and it went from hot to cold. The store was very limited for snacks although she did mention that it was the end of the month.

Spacious room , easy to move around in my condition I have been around and that was the cleanest hotel. I would definitely be back and also tell my friends about the staff and the hotel.

The only thing I noticed was that the trash cans had no bags. They may have their own reason for that, I do not know. Other than that all was excellent.

The property is new, comfortable

PR management goes ahead of actual staff abilities. There were not enough keys to provide to the visitors. Some lack of training as some things that were always possible in other hotels was impossible here (I prolonged the stay and asked to re-code the keys. I was refused stating I need to come back in the morning around 11 am and they will do it. ) some staff was helpful, some not.

Front desk staff was exceptional!!! My room had a cigarette smell, sometimes worse than others. Comfortable bed but pillows were all very flat. Loved the back patio off my room. Very comfortable stay!!! Would stay again for sure.

Noisy neighbors sometimes, both next door and across the hall. Door lock didn’t work too well - hard to turn it far enough to fully lock.

We stayed in room 420. The sheets were soft and the mattress was very comfortable. There were 4 pillows of varying firmness on the king-size bed. The shower water heated up quickly. The closet door is made of full-length mirrors which can be opened partially to create a 3-way mirror. The room has plenty of convenient outlets and good lighting. The bathroom fan is loud, but not obnoxiously so, which we like to use for white noise. We never heard other guests in the hall or next door, if there were any! The lobby/reception area is large and well-appointed.

Only Pepsi products in the lobby “convenience” market, but there is a 7-11 nearby. The sofa in our room wasn’t comfortable and the upholstery needs cleaning.
