location was perfect, nice and roomy not to much clutter, amenities worked well, bedding and towels sets were nice and clean, staff was pleasant and prompt with my needs and very understanding to my mishap of being there because of a fire at my house.

not allowing me a smoking room because of it being upstairs due to my prosthetic leg which I didn't care for being treated like a crippled when I just have a small handicap even after explaining that I have stairs at the house and able to go anywhere I want to go with stairs.. The top of the baseboards were terribly dirty and built up of dirt, hair and other, behind and under furniture look as though it hasn't been cleaned in months and doors were dirty I was able to clean with just soap and water on a sponge and rinsed with wet rag.

I was at this location for a dog show . There was plenty of grass and the staff accommodated me downstairs request. They were fantastic and I recommended to the show committee that they list as a host hotel next year . Everyone was super helpful and friendly !

They could have better towels

The room was fine BUT THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS MY FAVORITE PART OF THE PROPERTY! Despite a tornado hitting the town just days before, the location of the hotel was EXCELLENT. I was able to walk to the mall with ease!

Everything about the bathroom.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a safe area.

Need more towels in the room. Housekeeper just knock and tried to come in without waiting to hear a reply from the guest.
