From the moment we arrived the front desk staff were phenomenal....very friendly, expeditious and helpful! The room was also very clean and comfy and we loved the shower "pod." Breakfast was always on time, fresh and delicious, although we would have appreciated a rotation in the hot foods selection (omelets and bacon one day instead of sausage links and scrambled eggs three days in a row). Overall a very pleasant stay in Summersville!

The staff and property were exceptional. It was squeaky clean, it was very quiet, and the location is good. The breakfast was very good with a tasty coffee cake and an attentive employee tending the items. Too bad the motels we have stayed at can’t come close to this Sleep Inn.

Key lock system was "down". Front desk had to let people in their room at check-in and every time they returned to Sleep Inn. While I waited to check in, at least 4 people needed help. He was the only worker there. Fortunately our key worked. Same issue in morning when we left. This is the only reason we are hesitant to stay here again.

The people who work there are the reason I keep coming back. I also love the biscuits and gravy and that you offer fruitloops and peanut butter

I thought it was odd that in the handicap room the towel rack in the bathroom was up too high for a person in a wheelchair.

I really enjoyed my stay and overall the hotel was way nicer than i expected. The people running the front desk were very friendly and breakfast was good with equally friendly staff. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to some local restaurants, a Starbucks, and some convenience stores. (Although one must cross a busy four lane road at a stoplight intersection.) But this was especially nice for me since i was on a motorcycle and made it easier for me to get some dinner without having to gear up just to go a short distance.

the breakfast was very good. a wide variety for all to choose from. the area was very clean. as soon as someone left the table she came over wiped down the table and arranged the chairs for the next people. the women over seeing the kitchen area was very friendly and polite. wished us a wonderful and safe travel as we headed out.

The breakfast bar displayed a variety of options, and the staff was very pro-active, attentive to the area, regularly bringing fresh, hot food to the line. She was also friendly and helpful. Can’t think of anything negative that was experienced during our stay.

Convenient location. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good. Place was very clean. This is a great stop over for travel and we will definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like was the pillows. They're very small.

Check in was great, the young man was very friendly, patient and helpful to the older guest in front of me. My request to be near elevator was honored due to my health issues. The breakfast attended was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond! Everything was excellent! I will definitely stay here again!

Didn't like the front doors, really need to upgrade to sliding doors. It's kinda hard to get in and out as one person guest with hands full of luggage.

nothing really. unfortunately there's a general feeling in the business world that constant improvement is always the goal. my opinion is that maintaining achieved quality is a more important/beneficial goal.
